TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SKIP TO USEFUL
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply to digital products purchased from Skip To Useful through our Stan Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Products are supplied as digital downloads. No physical item will be posted. Access is normally provided automatically by email after successful payment. If you cannot access a file, reply to your order email and we will help.
3. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the files. You may edit templates for your own use. You must not resell, share, redistribute, upload publicly, sublicense or reproduce the files for commercial distribution.
4. IMMEDIATE SUPPLY AND CANCELLATION
By purchasing, you request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once the download or access begins, you may lose any statutory 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply. This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.
5. REFUNDS AND PRODUCT PROBLEMS
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. If the files are faulty, materially different from their description or cannot be supplied, contact us by replying to your order email. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after digital access has begun.
6. SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
The job tracker is designed primarily for Microsoft Excel on a desktop computer. Opening or converting it in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or other software may alter formatting, formulas or features. Customers are responsible for having suitable software and a device capable of opening PDF and XLSX files.
7. GENERAL INFORMATION AND RESULTS
Our products provide general templates, organisational tools and educational information. They are not legal, financial, recruitment or employment advice. Templates must be checked and personalised before use. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, income or any particular outcome.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original branding, written material, templates, workbook design and downloadable content remain the intellectual property of Skip To Useful or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing does not transfer ownership of those rights.
9. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for losses caused by using a template without checking or personalising it, incompatibility with unsupported third-party software, or decisions made using general information in the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. PRIVACY AND MARKETING
Customer information is processed to fulfil orders and operate the store. Marketing messages are sent only where the customer has separately opted in, subject to the store privacy policy.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers retain any mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence.
