Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a product, booking a service, or using materials provided by SKNwithAngel.
By completing a purchase or booking through SKNwithAngel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms below.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products offered by SKNwithAngel, including the SKNwithAngel Skin Diary, are provided for personal use only.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, copy, upload, publish, modify for resale, or commercially distribute SKNwithAngel digital products without prior written permission.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Because digital products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to downloadable content, digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact SKNwithAngel so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.
3. VIRTUAL SKN CONSULTATIONS
Virtual SKN Consultations provide personalized cosmetic skincare education based on information voluntarily provided by the client, including their skincare concerns, routine, products, goals, intake information, and submitted photographs.
Virtual consultations are not medical examinations and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
SKNwithAngel may recommend that a client seek evaluation from a dermatologist, physician, or other appropriate licensed healthcare professional when a concern appears to fall outside the scope of cosmetic esthetics.
4. CONSULTATION PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment is required when booking unless otherwise stated.
Paid consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Complimentary consultations have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for payment, credit, or another product or service.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a Virtual SKN Consultation.
When proper notice is provided, the client may reschedule the consultation subject to availability.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the appointment.
If an appointment is forfeited, a new appointment and payment may be required to receive another consultation.
6. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened consultation or may be required to reschedule, depending on availability.
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without appropriate notice may forfeit the appointment.
7. REQUIRED FORMS & PHOTOS
Clients may be required to complete an intake form, consent form, and/or provide clear photographs before their consultation.
Accurate information is important because recommendations are based in part on the information supplied by the client.
Failure to complete required pre-consultation materials may result in the appointment being rescheduled.
8. SKNPLAN & PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
Following a consultation, SKNwithAngel may provide a personalized SKNplan containing cosmetic skincare recommendations, routine guidance, product suggestions, frequency of use, and/or instructions for incorporating products into a routine.
Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the consultation.
Clients should follow product manufacturer instructions and notify SKNwithAngel of unexpected reactions or concerns. Products causing concerning reactions should be discontinued, and appropriate medical care should be sought when necessary.
9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Every person's skin is different.
SKNwithAngel does not guarantee specific skincare results, improvement, or a particular timeframe in which results will occur.
Results may be affected by factors including consistency, product use, lifestyle, environmental factors, individual skin characteristics, and other circumstances outside the control of SKNwithAngel.
10. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES & SCOPE
Information provided through SKNwithAngel digital products, social media content, livestreams, consultations, SKNplans, emails, and other educational materials is intended for cosmetic skincare education and general informational purposes.
Nothing provided by SKNwithAngel should be interpreted as medical advice or a medical diagnosis.
11. PHOTOS, VIDEOS & CONTENT
Purchasing a product or booking a consultation does not automatically grant SKNwithAngel permission to publicly use a client's image, likeness, photographs, videos, consultation recordings, or identifying information for marketing purposes.
Any marketing/content authorization will be handled through the applicable client consent or media-release process.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SKNwithAngel branding, original written materials, digital products, worksheets, guides, SKNplans, graphics, educational resources, and other original materials are protected intellectual property to the extent provided by applicable law.
Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of SKNwithAngel intellectual property to the purchaser.
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & LINKS
SKNwithAngel may use third-party platforms to process payments, schedule appointments, deliver digital products, communicate with clients, or recommend products.
SKNwithAngel is not responsible for outages, technical failures, policies, or actions of independent third-party platforms.
Some product links may be affiliate links. When applicable, SKNwithAngel may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to the customer.
14. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their skincare routine, products, concerns, relevant history, and other information requested during the consultation process.
Clients are also responsible for following product instructions and seeking appropriate medical care for conditions requiring medical evaluation or treatment.
15. PRIVACY
Client information will be handled with reasonable care and used for purposes related to providing SKNwithAngel products and services, communicating with clients, maintaining appropriate business records, and other purposes disclosed to the client.
Any separate privacy policy provided by SKNwithAngel also applies.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SKNwithAngel may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time of purchase or booking will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing a digital product or booking a service through SKNwithAngel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable SKNwithAngel Terms & Conditions.
