A two part private coaching program tailored to up to two target roles. We assess what makes you competitive, build the story and salary case you’ll present, then put it into practice through coaching and a mock interview.
PART ONE: DISCOVERY & ASSESSMENT | 60 MINUTES
We examine your experience, upcoming opportunities, salary targets, and what’s happening in your interviews. Where are you losing momentum? What are employers hearing? What should they understand about the level you’re operating at?

PART TWO: APPLICATION & MOCK INTERVIEW | 90 MINUTES
We put your assessments and strategy into practice.
You’ll rehearse your introduction, pitch your skills, and use your strongest career stories to demonstrate how you solve the problems each employer is hiring for.
Through a mock interview, I’ll give you direct feedback on your answers, framing, and delivery. We’ll refine how you communicate your competitive edge and connect your experience to the role.
We’ll also practice presenting your salary case, responding to pushback, and explaining what you’re asking for beyond salary.
