Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE VAULT OR PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP.

By using the Vault (“Service”), you signify your consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

General Use

  • All shots, clips, and content provided inside the Vault are captured, edited, and repurposed by the Company for client use.

  • Once you download any content, what you do with it is at your sole discretion. You assume full responsibility for its use, including any liability that may come with it.

  • By accessing and using the Vault, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined here.

Memberships & Billing

  • All memberships are billed monthly.

  • Your card on file will be charged automatically each month on the same day you signed up.

  • Membership installments begin immediately upon being granted access to the Vault.

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in written form via email at least 30+ days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • Cancellations received inside the 30-day window will not take effect until the following billing cycle.

Misuse & Account Termination

  • If you are found abusing the Service, misrepresenting yourself, sharing downloads with non-members, or otherwise violating these terms:

    • Your account will be immediately terminated.

    • No refunds will be issued.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

  • All Vault content (videos, B-roll, drone footage, graphics, training materials, etc.) is owned by the Company.

  • Content is licensed for your personal marketing use only. You may not:

    • Sell or redistribute Vault content to others.

    • Share your login or access with anyone outside your membership.

    • Modify or claim ownership of the original footage.

Disclaimers & Liability

  • Use of the Vault and its content is completely at your own risk.

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding results, leads, or income generated from use of the Vault.

  • All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • Neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Service.

Privacy & Communication

  • By joining, you consent to receive notices, updates, and communication electronically from the Company.

  • The Company will not intentionally disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].

Final Agreement

By purchasing a membership and using the Vault, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
