We are not responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms or services used to deliver our offerings.
Payment & Refund Policy
You agree to pay for all products purchased through the Site using a valid payment method. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, no refunds will be issued.
If technical issues delay your product access, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
By purchasing, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider, except in cases of proven fraud.
Calls & Coaching
If your purchase includes live calls, you are responsible for scheduling them. Calls must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance by emailing collaborations@socialswithmehr.com with the subject: “CALL CANCELLATION – [Your Scheduled Date/Time]”. Missed calls or cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable or reschedulable.
Marketing Disclosure
By making this purchase, you agree to track and disclose any earnings related to UGC work throughout the mentorship or any associated calls. This includes but is not limited to paid brand deals, retainers, product-for-content collaborations, and affiliate commissions.
All earnings updates, testimonials, messages, and content (written, visual, or video) shared during the course of the mentorship, any calls, or through any form of communication may be used by SocialsWithMehr for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. By participating, you grant SocialsWithMehr full, irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, and distribute this material without additional consent or compensation.
Limitations of Liability
SocialsWithMehr is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or service failures due to third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, email services, software providers).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialsWithMehr, its affiliates, agents, and staff, from any claims, damages, or legal disputes resulting from:

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Step 1: Direct Resolution
The Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through direct written communication within five (5) business days.
Step 2: Online Mediation
If unresolved, both Parties agree to pursue mediation conducted virtually, using a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If the Parties cannot agree on a mediator within five (5) business days, either Party may request that a mediator be appointed by an independent mediation service. Mediation shall commence within ten (10) business days of appointment. All mediation proceedings, communications, and materials shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be admissible in any subsequent legal proceedings unless both Parties agree otherwise.
Step 3: Legal Escalation
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either Party may escalate the matter to the courts. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for any disputes arising out of these Terms.
Revisions & Updates
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the most current version.
