CALL 1 — YOUR BUSINESS DEEP DIVE

We start with the numbers.

Appointments. Sales. Conversion. Revenue. Capacity. What the business needs to make. What you need it to pay you.

We'll establish where you are, where you want to go and what needs our attention first.

Afterwards, you'll receive your Personal Blueprint Action Plan.

CALL 2 — YOUR DIGITAL BRIDAL EXPERIENCE

We'll look at how brides are discovering you, your social media presence, positioning, content and whether your online presence is actually giving the right brides a reason to choose you.

This isn't about posting for the sake of posting.

It's about making your marketing work harder.

CALL 3 — YOUR PRE-APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE

A bride's experience doesn't begin when she walks through your door.

We'll look at what happens from initial interest through to booking — and then how you're building connection, trust and excitement before she arrives.

CALL 4 — THE BRIDAL EXPERIENCE

This is where we look at what happens inside the boutique.

How you lead the appointment.
How you build trust.
How you manage the room.
How you make brides feel.
And how you create an experience they actually want to buy from.

No awkward selling. No pressure tactics.

We'll look at how you confidently lead brides towards a decision, recognise buying signals, understand what's stopping someone from saying yes and become much more comfortable actually asking for the sale.

Because an amazing appointment that repeatedly ends with “I'll think about it” isn't enough.

CALL 6 — FOLLOW-UP

Not every bride will say yes in the room.

That doesn't mean the sale is gone.

We'll build a follow-up process that keeps the relationship going, deals with the real reason she walked and gives you the best opportunity to turn more maybes into yeses.

CALL 7 — REVIEW, ACCOUNTABILITY + WHAT'S NEXT

Then we bring everything back together.

We'll revisit your numbers, look at what's changed, identify what still needs work and decide what your next focus needs to be.

You'll leave knowing exactly what to continue doing after our time together ends.
