Maybe the redundancy email landed on a Tuesday and you've been "fine" ever since.
Maybe you went back to work after the baby, sat down at your desk and quietly wondered who signed you up for this life.
Or you moved somewhere new and your CV suddenly means nothing here.
You need a twelve-week overhaul for that. You need somewhere to put it all down and actually look at it.
That's what these sessions are. 60 minutes, one on one, on video. You book one. If it helps, you book another. There's no package and no commitment unless you feel happy to do so.
How we'll use the hour
I work with a simple Past, Now, Future frame. It sounds tidy. The conversations usually aren't, and that's fine.
Past: what you've actually done and what it says about you, beyond the job titles
Now: what's true in your life today, including the money and the kid who wakes at 5am
Future: what work could look like if it fit around your life instead of the other way round
You leave with one or two small next steps. Not a ten-page plan you'll never open.
This is for you if
your life changed and your work didn't
you're tired of "follow your passion" advice from people who've never paid for nursery
you want someone to think with, not someone to tell you what to do
you're not sure you need a full programme yet (honestly, you might not)
A bit about me
I spent years in HR. I sat in the rooms where layoff decisions got made, first at a global corporation and later at a tech startup, and watched good people find out their job was gone. Then I had a baby and felt my own career stop fitting overnight. I'm not going to hand you a personality quiz. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding.
FAQ
How is this different from Career Clarity Sessions?
Career Clarity Sessions are a fixed three-call journey (Why, What, How). This is one session at a time, for when you need to think something through without signing up for the whole thing.
What happens after I book?
You pick a time, get a video link, and a couple of short questions to sit with beforehand.
Can I book more than one?
Yes. Lots of people come back when the next decision shows up.
Is this therapy?
No. These sessions are for personal and professional development. They're not therapy, counselling or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you're struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional.
