Pregnant? Congrats mama!!
I know that preparing for a baby can be overwhelming as it is… but it’s even more important to prepare for your own healing recovery.
Because a healthy mom = healthy baby.
My first postpartum experience was so difficult for me. I was ill-prepared, exhausted, and struggling to keep my own body nourished as I healed and breastfed.
The second time around?
I decided to be prepared. And to prepare wellll in advance — instead of cramming all my prep for the end of pregnancy, I did a little each week starting at 25 weeks pregnant.
And it made all the difference.
As I shared my preparation journey on Instagram, I received countless requests for the plan I was following.
So I’m honored to introduce the Peaceful Postpartum Prep Plan. A thoughtfully curated plan designed to help you prepare everything from your home environment to meals to nourish your body, rebuild your strength, and help you feel grounded and supported during this tender and transformative season.
This guide was made in collaboration with Postpartum Care USA, the only postpartum care holistic medical clinic in the United States.
Their team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians, Nurses, and Health Coaches contributed directly to the recipes, nutrition notes, and guidance inside. This isn’t guesswork or Pinterest-level inspiration. It’s evidence-based, mama-centered care created specifically for postpartum recovery.
Inside this plan, you’ll find:
• Nourishing, easy-to-follow recipes that support healing, mood stability, and milk supply (if breastfeeding)
• A gentle week-by-week preparation and support plan you can start in your second trimester
• Expert insights from postpartum-focused clinicians
• Tools, checklists, and rhythms to help you feel organized, nourished, and cared for
This guide is perfect for you if:
• You’re currently pregnant and want to set yourself up for success after birth — stepping into postpartum with confidence and clarity
• You want to be nourished but would rather not worry about cooking those first 4-6 weeks postpartum
• You want your home to feel peaceful, calm, and organized
• You want a postpartum experience that feels intentional, steady, and supported rather than rushed or depleted
We created this resource with deep care and lived experience. Postpartum is a sacred, transformative season, and having support makes an enormous difference. Your baby will be loved, fed, and cared for. But you deserve that same level of care… but that requires you to be prepared.
And you don’t have to navigate this transition alone.
If you’re ready to move through postpartum feeling nourished, organized, and supported, the Before Baby Prep Plan is here to walk with you.
One gentle step at a time.

Her 3 year old son, Cody, was recently diagnosed with Stage M High Risk Neuroblastoma. They are fighting for his life and medical bills are overwhelming (even with insurance).
