Please Note: The fee paid is a deposit only. Once submitted, we will begin processing your request and send you an invoice for the remaining balance (approximately $250, depending on your trip details). Group fees, multi-destination trips, and additional airports are not included in this estimate. Please note that our processing time may vary based on demand, and rush orders are available upon request. Deposits are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Group Trip Fees:

  • Groups of 4-6: $175

  • Groups of 7-12: $240

  • Groups of 12 or more: Please contact us for a custom rate.

This fee includes hotel and flight bookings, with optional add-on tours available. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your itinerary after booking confirmation.

If you have a dispute regarding a payment or charge, please contact our customer service team at standbywithadrie@gmail.com with details of the dispute. We will review and respond to your complaint within 15 business days.

4. Chargebacks

4.1. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback, it will be treated as a dispute, and we may take action to resolve the issue according to our dispute resolution procedures. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and/or suspension of your account.

4.2. Prevention of Fraudulent Chargebacks
We have strict measures in place to prevent and dispute fraudulent chargebacks. By making a purchase, you agree that you will not fraudulently initiate a chargeback. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability
