This fee includes booking for one destination only. Additional destinations will incur extra charges. Our services will not begin until the final invoice is paid.

The deposit you pay today is for our initial services. Once processed, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance (estimated at $89), excluding group fees, multi-destination trips, or additional airports.

Group Trip Fees:

  • Groups of 4-6: $175

  • Groups of 7-12: $240

  • Groups of 12 or more: Please contact us for a customized rate

If your trip is within 4 weeks, a $40 rush fee will apply.

Please read our services page before purchasing. Processing times may vary depending on demand, and we recommend opting for rush service if necessary. Deposits are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

If you have a dispute regarding a payment or charge, please contact our customer service team at standbywithadrie@gmail.com with details of the dispute. We will review and respond to your complaint within 15 business days.

4. Chargebacks

4.1. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback, it will be treated as a dispute, and we may take action to resolve the issue according to our dispute resolution procedures. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and/or suspension of your account.

4.2. Prevention of Fraudulent Chargebacks
We have strict measures in place to prevent and dispute fraudulent chargebacks. By making a purchase, you agree that you will not fraudulently initiate a chargeback. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability
