These Terms govern your purchase of and participation in Seven Figure Method.
By completing checkout and affirmatively accepting these Terms where presented, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to them. Your continued access to or use of the program is also subject to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
1. WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING
Seven Figure Method is a digital educational program providing training, resources, tools, templates, community access, and general educational guidance related to topics that may include digital marketing, content creation, affiliate marketing, UGC, digital products, online business, and related subjects.
Depending on the offer shown at the time you purchase, your purchase may include:
Digital lessons and educational training
Templates, scripts, checklists, guides, or other resources
Access to the Seven Figure Method private community
Community-based educational support and feedback
Other bonuses, tools, resources, or features specifically listed on your checkout page
Unless your checkout expressly states otherwise, the program is sold for a one-time payment, not as a recurring subscription.
The exact product, price, included features, and payment terms applicable to your purchase are the ones displayed on the checkout page you complete and reflected on your transaction receipt.
Promotional pricing, bonuses, program features, commissions, and other offers may change from time to time. A previous or future promotion does not change the terms of the transaction you completed.
2. EDUCATIONAL PRODUCT — NOT EMPLOYMENT OR GUARANTEED BUSINESS
Seven Figure Method provides education, information, and resources.
Purchasing or participating in Seven Figure Method does not create an:
Employer/employee relationship
Independent-contractor relationship
Partnership
Joint venture
Franchise
Agency relationship
Fiduciary relationship
Guaranteed business opportunity
Guaranteed affiliate business
Guaranteed source of customers, clients, or leads
We are not hiring you, paying you wages, assigning you customers, or promising that purchasing the program will result in employment, sales, commissions, or income.
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement the information provided.
3. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Unless your specific checkout page expressly states in writing that something is included, your purchase does not include:
Private or unlimited 1:1 mentorship
A guaranteed number of coaching sessions
Scheduled Zoom meetings
Scheduled telephone or FaceTime calls
Daily personal coaching
Guaranteed direct access to Jake
Guaranteed response times
A dedicated personal coach
Done-for-you business setup
Done-for-you content creation or marketing
Account management
Guaranteed customers or clients
Guaranteed leads, traffic, followers, views, or engagement
Guaranteed platform approval
Guaranteed sales or commissions
Employment or wages
Guaranteed financial results of any kind
Answers to questions, community interaction, direct messages, feedback, occasional calls or LIVE sessions, or assistance voluntarily provided by Jake or another team member do not create an ongoing obligation to provide private coaching or future calls.
Only benefits expressly included in the offer applicable to your purchase are included.
4. COACHING, COMMUNITY SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP
Your purchase may include access to community-based educational support through the Seven Figure Method community.

If you purchase a separate coaching or mentorship add-on, the services included with that add-on are limited to what was expressly described on that add-on's checkout page at the time of purchase.
A coaching or mentorship purchase remains educational in nature and is not a contract for any particular financial or business result.
5. SUPERSEDED, RETIRED & LEGACY PRODUCTS
Seven Figure Method may have previously operated, marketed, or offered products, services, tools, or brands under other names.
These may include:
Unless your current checkout page expressly states that a legacy product is included, purchasing Seven Figure Method does not entitle you to access any discontinued, retired, previous, or separately sold product.
References to prior products in historical content, old videos, screenshots, social-media posts, messages, testimonials, websites, or archived materials do not make those products part of your current purchase.
Your specific checkout offer and receipt determine what you purchased.
6. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Seven Figure Method is delivered electronically.
Depending on your purchase, delivery may occur through:

Stan or another checkout platform
Skool or another community platform
Download links
Online lessons
Digital files
Member-access pages
Other electronic delivery methods
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to that email account.
You are also responsible for checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders when appropriate.

Whenever possible, contact us using the email address associated with your purchase so we can verify your transaction.
If a delivery email is filtered, blocked, deleted, or sent to an incorrectly entered customer email address, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore or resend access after verifying the purchase.
For purposes of documenting fulfillment, electronic delivery may be evidenced by records showing that access credentials, files, download links, invitations, membership access, or other purchased digital materials were made available to the purchaser.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO REPORT ACCESS PROBLEMS
If you believe something included with your purchase has not been delivered or you cannot access it, please contact us promptly at:

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and correct legitimate access issues.
An access problem that can reasonably be corrected does not automatically mean the product was never provided.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
8. NO EARNINGS OR RESULTS GUARANTEE
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL MAKE MONEY.

Income
Revenue
Profit
Sales
Customers
Clients
Leads
Followers
Views
Engagement
Affiliate commissions
Business growth
Return on investment
Financial outcome
Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, skills, consistency, execution, market conditions, audience, offer, pricing, expenses, competition, platform algorithms, third-party policies, economic conditions, and other factors.
You may make money, make no money, or lose money or incur expenses while attempting to build or operate a business.
Purchasing Seven Figure Method should not be interpreted as an investment with an expected financial return.
9. THE NAME “SEVEN FIGURE METHOD”
“Seven Figure Method” is a brand and program name.
The words “Seven Figure” do not constitute a representation, promise, projection, guarantee, or statement that you will earn seven figures or any other amount.
The name should not be interpreted as representing typical, average, expected, or guaranteed participant results.
No purchase decision should be based on an assumption that the program name describes the amount you will earn.

From time to time, we or our affiliates may discuss:

11. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Seven Figure Method may operate an affiliate or referral program.
Participation in any affiliate program is subject to eligibility requirements and any separate affiliate terms, policies, or platform requirements we establish.
Affiliate participation does not constitute employment.
Commission rates, product prices, promotional offers, eligibility requirements, payment schedules, attribution rules, and program availability may change in accordance with the applicable affiliate terms.
A commission percentage or hypothetical commission calculation describes how a qualifying completed referral may be compensated. It does not mean that you will generate any particular number of referrals, sales, commissions, or income.
We do not guarantee that any participant will make an affiliate sale.
Affiliates must accurately represent Seven Figure Method and may not make unauthorized claims concerning:
Guaranteed income
Guaranteed sales
Guaranteed results
Employment
Guaranteed mentorship
Guaranteed coaching calls
Program features that are not actually included
Any other materially misleading statement
We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation for misleading marketing, fraudulent activity, policy violations, abuse, or other conduct inconsistent with applicable affiliate terms or law.
12. STATEMENTS BY AFFILIATES, USERS & THIRD PARTIES
Affiliates, customers, community members, independent creators, or other third parties may discuss Seven Figure Method publicly or privately.
They are not authorized to modify your purchase agreement or promise benefits that are not included in the applicable offer.
If a statement from an affiliate or representative appears inconsistent with the checkout page or these Terms, do not rely on the inconsistent statement to complete a purchase. Contact us before purchasing so we can clarify what is included.
Nothing in this section permits us to disclaim representations that applicable law legally attributes to us.
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Seven Figure Method may teach strategies involving or rely on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, Stan, Skool, payment processors, artificial-intelligence tools, or other services.
We do not control these platforms.

We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will approve, maintain, monetize, or refrain from restricting your account.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable platform's current rules.
14. REFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Except where otherwise expressly stated at checkout or required by applicable law, purchases are final once the digital product or access has been provided.
Because Seven Figure Method consists primarily of digital educational content, downloadable resources, and/or immediate community access, we generally do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits merely because a purchaser:
Changes their mind
Does not complete the program
Does not implement the material
Does not achieve their desired results
Does not generate sales
Does not generate income
Expected a feature that was not included in the applicable offer
Expected private Zoom calls or unlimited 1:1 coaching when those services were not included
Stops using the program after receiving access
If we fail to provide something that was expressly included in your purchase, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue.
Nothing in this Refund Policy eliminates or restricts any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
15. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
We encourage you to contact us at hello@sevenfiguremethod.com before initiating a payment dispute when the issue concerns delivery, access, billing, or the contents of your purchase so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
You retain any dispute rights provided by your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
If a payment dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or similar claim is initiated, we may provide the payment processor, card network, bank, or other appropriate party with relevant records reasonably necessary to respond to the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, those records may include:
The applicable checkout page
The price and product description
Your acceptance of applicable purchase terms, where recorded
Transaction and receipt records
The date and time of purchase
Delivery records
Emails containing access instructions
Download or access records
Community invitation records
Community membership records
Login or program-access records available to us
Relevant customer-support communications
Relevant community or direct messages
Records showing requests for or receipt of support
The version of these Terms applicable to your transaction
These records may be used to establish what was purchased, what was disclosed, whether the product was delivered or accessed, and what communications occurred concerning the transaction.
For example, documented access to the program, downloads, community participation, or support communications may be relevant evidence when responding to a claim that a digital product was never received.
We will not knowingly submit false information in response to a payment dispute.
16. ACCESS DURING PAYMENT REVERSALS
If the payment associated with your purchase is reversed, refunded, charged back, canceled, or otherwise no longer successfully paid, we may suspend or terminate access associated with that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a dispute is resolved in our favor and payment remains valid, we may restore access where appropriate.
Suspension of access does not waive either party's rights under applicable law.
17. PERSONAL LICENSE
Unless we expressly provide otherwise in writing, your purchase gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials for your own lawful personal or business education.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Seven Figure Method intellectual property to you.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Resell program materials
Redistribute paid materials
Upload paid materials publicly
Share paid files with non-purchasers
Share login credentials
Record and redistribute protected program content
Copy substantial portions of the program for resale
Repackage the training as your own product
Sell access to the community
Circumvent access controls
Your own notes, ideas, skills, and lawful implementation of concepts learned through the program remain yours.
18. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
We want the community to remain useful and safe.
You may not use the program or community to engage in:
Harassment
Threats
Fraud
Scams
Spam
Impersonation
Illegal activity
Unauthorized solicitation
Distribution of malware
Unauthorized sharing of paid materials
Attempts to compromise another user's account
Conduct that materially interferes with the community
We may moderate content or suspend or terminate community access for material violations of these rules.
Where access is terminated for misconduct, refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable refund policy and law.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Seven Figure Method's original training, videos, written materials, graphics, templates, branding, program structure, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Seven Figure Method and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Seven Figure Method” and associated branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, endorsement, partnership, or authorization.
Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful uses that cannot legally be restricted.
20. CUSTOMER CONTENT & COMMUNITY POSTS
You retain ownership of original content you submit to the community.
By posting content within the community, you grant us a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, support, and maintain the community.
We will not treat your private support messages as permission to publicly use your likeness or testimonial for advertising merely because you sent us a message.
If we want to use an identifiable testimonial, image, or success story in marketing, we may seek any permission required by applicable law.
21. PRIVACY & TRANSACTION RECORDS
To operate Seven Figure Method, we may process information such as:
Payment-card information may be handled by Stan and/or applicable payment processors. We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We may use information reasonably necessary to:
Process and verify purchases
Deliver program access
Provide customer support
Operate the community
Prevent abuse or fraud
Maintain transaction records
Enforce these Terms
Comply with legal obligations
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Respond to legitimate payment disputes
We do not sell personal information merely because you participate in Seven Figure Method.
Third-party platforms such as Stan, Skool, payment processors, and other service providers operate under their own privacy practices and terms.

Certain records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes, even following a deletion request, where permitted by law.
22. COMMUNITY & SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT PRIVILEGED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Communications within Seven Figure Method are educational and operational communications.
They do not create:
Attorney-client privilege
Doctor-patient relationships
Therapist-patient relationships
Accountant-client professional engagements
Fiduciary relationships
Do not send highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for us to provide support.
Relevant communications may be retained or reviewed where reasonably necessary to operate the program, investigate abuse, provide support, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.
23. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
