4. GO MODE™ PERFORMANCE FUEL — IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

4.4 Directions for Use Drink 16–24 oz of water on an empty stomach. Shake well before use — the product is concentrated. Pour 1.5–2oz 30–45 minutes before activity. After opening, refrigerate and use within 30 days. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. DO NOT exceed the recommended serving size.
4.5 Ingredients Go Mode™ Performance Fuel contains the following Botanical Performance Blend: Devils Claw Root, Damiana Root, Saw Palmetto Root, Gotu Kola Root, Lobelia Root, Ginkgo Root, Papaya Root, Moringa Root, Baobab Root, Senna Root and Leaves, Neem Root. Other Ingredients: Water and Attote Au Secour. NO PESTICIDES. NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS OR SWEETENERS. NO FRUIT JUICE OR ALLERGENS. NOT for pregnant women.
4.6 Refund Policy — Go Mode™ Performance Fuel Due to the liquid format and perishable nature of Go Mode™ Performance Fuel, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with taste, change of mind, or failure to read product disclosures prior to purchase.
If a product arrives damaged or in an unusable condition due to a shipping error on the part of the Company, the Company will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Photographic evidence of damage must be submitted to info@stayongomode.com within 48 hours of delivery.
5. FITNESS PROGRAMS AND TRAINING CONTENT — IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

5.3 Modifications All fitness content provided by Stay On Go Mode™ includes modifications for varying fitness levels. It is your sole responsibility to select appropriate modifications based on your individual fitness level, physical condition, and any limitations advised by your healthcare provider.
6. COACHING SERVICES
6.1 Scope of Services Coaching services provided by Stay On Go Mode™ are performance and lifestyle coaching services intended to support your personal development goals. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
6.2 Booking and Scheduling All coaching calls are booked through the Company's official calendar system at StayOnGoMode.com. You are responsible for scheduling your sessions promptly upon purchase. Purchased coaching sessions not scheduled within 90 days of purchase may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
6.3 Cancellation Policy All coaching call bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify the Company at info@stayongomode.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION — [Date & Time of Call]" no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled call. Failure to appear or cancellation within 48 hours results in forfeiture of that session with no refund, credit, or rescheduling provided.
6.4 Coaching Call Recordings By booking a coaching call with Stay On Go Mode™, you consent to the recording of the session. Recordings are the property of On Go Mode, LLC and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Upon purchase or download of any digital product, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any digital product without the express written permission of the Company. ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on StayOnGoMode.com and in Company products — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, training programs, and the Go Mode™ and Stay On Go Mode™ marks — are the exclusive property of On Go Mode, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). ALL SALES ARE FINAL except as specifically provided in these Terms. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting the Company at info@stayongomode.com will be disputed and may result in account termination.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect name, contact information, payment information, age verification information, and usage data to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting info@stayongomode.com before pursuing formal legal remedies.
14. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of any product following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
