Client Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Astrology is a subjective and interpretive practice. While every effort is made to provide thoughtful and meaningful insight, individual experiences may vary. A lack of resonance or differing interpretation does not constitute grounds for a refund. All sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you have questions or need clarification during the session, you are encouraged to ask so that the experience is as valuable and supportive as possible.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time.

Recording
Sessions may be recorded and in these cases a recording will be provided for personal use. Access to recordings is time-limited, and clients are responsible for downloading their copy within the provided timeframe. These recordings are not to be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Anonymized insights
Occasionally, anonymized themes or examples may be used for educational purposes. No identifying information will ever be shared.
