Whether you're facing child-free days, preparing for court, struggling with co-parenting, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything separation has brought into your life, I'm here to support you.
Throughout one month, you'll have direct access to me via Telegram. You can send text messages or voice notes whenever you need to. I'll listen, answer your questions, help you untangle your thoughts, and offer guidance rooted in both professional coaching and lived experience.
This support is for the moments when you need someone in your corner—someone who understands the emotional ups and downs and can help you find clarity, perspective, and your next step. This one-month support package gives us the space to work through the different parts of your situation that may still feel heavy. Because rebuilding your life after separation takes time, and there are often many layers to navigate while finding your way forward.
Having someone beside you won't make the journey disappear or speed up the process, but it can make it feel a little lighter.

Getting through your child-free time / vacation
Preparing emotionally for a court hearing (no legal advice) or debrief afterwards
Navigating co-parenting challenges
Getting through the transitions days

How it works:
One month of support (Mondays to Saturdays, Sundays are off)
Communication via Telegram through text and/or voice notes
You can message me anytime during your support period
I reply Monday–Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00 (CET)
