By accessing this website, purchasing any product, or booking any service ("the Site," collectively with all content, products, and services, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Services. These Terms replace and supersede all prior versions. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product or service from the Company. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The Company does not knowingly sell to, collect information from, or provide personalized services to anyone under 18. If the Company learns that a purchaser is under 18, the Company will cancel the order, refund the purchase, and delete any information submitted. Personalized services (including voice note breakdowns and live sessions) are available only to purchasers who are 18 or older. You may not purchase a personalized service on behalf of a minor, and you may not submit a minor's personal information through any intake form. 2. Ownership of Content All content on the Site, including videos, guides, training materials, graphics, audio recordings, written text, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of Steven Milano and Full Disclosure, Babe! LLC ("the Company"), except for materials you submit yourself. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use any Content for commercial purposes without express written permission. Audio recordings delivered as part of a personalized service are for your personal use only and may not be published, posted, or redistributed. 3. Submissions If you submit comments, suggestions, or other materials to the Company, including through intake forms for personalized services, the Company may use such submissions in anonymized and non-identifying form only, for purposes including future content creation. The Company will not publicly share identifying personal details from your submission without your separate, explicit consent. Names, locations, workplaces, social media handles, and other identifying details are removed before any submission is referenced in content. You may request that your submission never be used in any form, including anonymized form, by emailing smilanobusiness@gmail.com. Live sessions, including Clarity Calls, are confidential. They are not recorded, and nothing shared during a live session is used for content in any form, including anonymized form. 4. Accuracy of Information The Company uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but makes no guarantee of complete accuracy. If you believe any error materially affected your purchase, contact smilanobusiness@gmail.com. 5. No Professional Advice All guides, sessions, voice note breakdowns, and other services offered by the Company are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Steven Milano is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, social worker, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing provided through the Site constitutes therapy, counseling, psychological diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and no therapeutic or professional relationship of any kind is created by your purchase. All commentary reflects personal opinion based solely on the information you choose to share. It is not a clinical assessment of you or of any other person, it is not verified, and it is not guaranteed to be accurate or applicable to your situation. Any observations about attachment patterns or behavior are general educational commentary, not a diagnosis of any individual. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your relationships, your safety, or your wellbeing. The Company strongly encourages anyone experiencing distress to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. 6. Emergency Situations and Crisis Disclosures The Company is not equipped to respond to emergencies or mental health crises and does not provide crisis services. If you are in crisis, in danger, or experiencing an emergency, contact 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233) immediately. Intake forms, emails, and social media messages are not monitored continuously and may not be read for several days. Do not use any Company channel to report an emergency. The Company is not responsible for monitoring, detecting, or responding to crisis situations disclosed through the Site or through any intake form or message. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any personalized service, and to issue a refund, where in its sole discretion the request falls outside the informational and entertainment scope of the Services. 7. Third-Party Information If you share information about a third party, including a partner, ex-partner, family member, or anyone else, as part of a personalized service, you represent that you have a lawful right to share that information. The Company is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information you provide, and any commentary the Company gives is based entirely on your account of events. The Company does not make findings of fact about any third party and does not diagnose, assess, or characterize any person who has not purchased Services. You agree not to submit information obtained unlawfully, including through unauthorized access to another person's device, accounts, or communications. 8. Sessions and Bookings If your purchase includes a live call or personalized voice note, you are responsible for scheduling and for timely submission of any required information. Cancellations for live calls must be submitted no less than 48 hours in advance by emailing smilanobusiness@gmail.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION - [date and time]." Failure to cancel within this window forfeits the session. Personalized voice note breakdowns are delivered within [X] business days of receipt of a complete intake form. If a required intake form is not submitted within [X] days of purchase, the Company may close the order. 9. Payment and Refunds All sales are final due to the digital and personalized nature of the Services. If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product or service, your remedy is limited to redelivery or a refund of the amount paid for that specific item, at the Company's discretion. Prices may change at any time without notice or retroactive adjustment. Payments are processed by third-party processors. The Company does not receive or store your full payment card details. 10. Communications and Email Consent When you provide your email address, whether by purchasing, downloading a free resource, or subscribing, you consent to receive email from the Company. This includes transactional email relating to your purchase and marketing email about products, services, and content. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing smilanobusiness@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email necessary to deliver a product or service you have purchased. The Company's mailing address is: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS] You also consent to receive notices, agreements, disclosures, and other records from the Company electronically by email. 11. No system is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat those measures. You provide information at your own risk. 13. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or Services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under New Jersey or federal law, including any rights established under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.). No provision of these Terms is intended to waive any clearly established legal right of a New Jersey consumer. 14. This section does not require you to indemnify the Company for the Company's own negligence or intentional misconduct. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any provision found unenforceable under New Jersey law shall be severed, with the specific provision and reason for unenforceability identified rather than applying a general catch-all exclusion, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect. 16. Changes to These Terms The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 17. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools The Company uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with outlining, drafting, editing, and organizing content, including guides, programs, emails, and marketing materials. All content is directed, reviewed, and finalized by Steven Milano.
