Terms and Conditions — Inside DEFENDER DNA: A Day That Changes It All

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

By using this website or purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete your purchase.

1. Travel and Location

  • The “Day with Keith Stickley” intensive takes place in Colon, Michigan.

  • Travel to and from Colon, Michigan is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes all costs associated with transportation, lodging, and incidental expenses.

  • The Company does not provide refunds or rescheduling due to travel delays, cancellations, or other travel-related issues.

2. Preparedness and Participation

  • Attendees are expected to arrive on time and prepared with relevant firm information, materials, or content they would like to review or work on (e.g., website details, draft videos, existing marketing efforts, or intake forms).

  • The quality of your results depends on your willingness to actively participate. The Company is not responsible for lack of outcomes if you are unprepared or disengaged.

  • This is a collaborative, implementation-focused session — please bring a laptop and be ready to work hands-on.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date. Requests made within 30 days cannot be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of your payment.

  • In the rare event that Keith Stickley or the Company must reschedule, you will be offered an alternate date.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Use

You agree that all content, videos, training materials, products, services, and other materials made available by the Company (collectively the “Content”) are for your personal use and are the property of the Company and/or third-party providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Company Content for commercial use without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in liability for damages and penalties.

All trade names, trademarks, images, and biographical information of people used in the Content are either property of the Company or used with permission. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any license or right to use such materials without express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, it makes no warranties or representations as to accuracy. All Content is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

The Company does not guarantee any specific results, income, or success. Your earning potential and outcomes are entirely dependent on your own efforts, execution, and circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neither the Company nor any party involved in creating or delivering Content shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the program.

You assume full responsibility for your business decisions, financial performance, and the outcomes of implementing the strategies discussed.

7. Privacy and Communications

By registering with the Company, you consent to receive electronic communications (notices, disclosures, updates) by email. The Company will not intentionally disclose personally identifying information except where required by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement, violation of law, or misuse of Content.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Michigan.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review this page to stay informed.
