Divorce and family court can be incredibly overwhelming. But sometimes, the hardest part comes before any of that: recognizing that something isn't right in your relationship and trying to figure out whether to stay or go.
There are a million things coming at you at once, everyone has an opinion, and it can be hard to even know what deserves your attention first.
Sometimes you just need someone who understands what this process feels like to sit down with you, help you sort through everything in your head, and figure out what comes next.
That’s why I’m opening a limited number of private 1:1 sessions for women navigating difficult relationships, recognizing abuse, deciding whether to leave, divorce, family court, and high-conflict co-parenting.
This is a space to bring me the situation that’s keeping you up at night, the questions you keep going in circles about, or simply the giant mess in your head that you don’t know how to untangle.
I spent three years navigating a high-conflict divorce and family court while raising two very young children and working full time. But before that, I spent years trying to make sense of a marriage that wasn't healthy, questioning what I was experiencing, and working through the fear and uncertainty of leaving.
I learned a lot along the way, and so much of it I learned the hard way.
I’m also a program manager by profession. My career has been built around taking complicated, high-stakes situations and breaking them down into priorities, decisions, and actionable next steps.
I found myself using those same skills throughout my own divorce.
Depending on where you are and what you need, we can use our time to talk through:
Recognizing unhealthy or abusive patterns in your relationship
Working through the questions and fears that come with deciding whether to stay or leave
Thinking through what you need to consider before making a major decision
Getting organized when everything feels overwhelming
What deserves your attention now vs. what can wait
Preparing for conversations with your attorney
Questions to bring to your attorney
Preparing for court or mediation
High-conflict co-parenting and communication
Parenting-plan considerations based on what I learned
Rebuilding after divorce
Or simply figuring out what the hell you do next
My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, less overwhelmed, and clearer about your next steps.
60-minute private 1:1 session | $145 (introductory price)
Upon booking, you’ll receive a short intake form to complete before our session, as well as instructions on how to join the video session.
Please fill out the intake in advance so I can review your situation beforehand and we can make the best use of our time together.
The more context you provide ahead of time, the more focused and productive our session can be.
