Important: All Legacy Vault™ and Ultimate Legacy Vault™ purchases are digital and delivered instantly. By completing checkout you confirm you understand that all sales are final and non-refundable, and that access will be removed without refund if a payment dispute is raised.
For Clarification:
The Legacy Vault™ and Ultimate Legacy Vault™ are digital products containing training, resources, lessons and materials originally created and delivered under the IncomeVersity™ brand.
As part of the evolution, rebrand and restructure of the IncomeVersity™ platform, these materials have been preserved and reorganised into standalone training vaults to ensure continued access for existing and future purchasers.
Accordingly, references to "IncomeVersity™" throughout these Terms & Conditions, training materials, resources, downloads, videos, worksheets, branding elements and educational content may remain visible within certain parts of the Product.
The presence of IncomeVersity™ branding within the Product does not affect the validity, ownership, delivery or functionality of the Legacy Vault™ or Ultimate Legacy Vault™ and forms part of the original archived training content.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, references to "the Product" include:
• The Legacy Vault™
• The Ultimate Legacy Vault™
• Any associated resources, downloads, templates, PLR materials, bonuses, licences or training materials supplied as part of either vault
By purchasing, accessing or using the Product, you acknowledge and accept that certain materials may contain original IncomeVersity™ branding, references, terminology or course names as part of the archived educational content.
Where the term “IncomeVersity™” is used throughout this Terms & Conditions and Earnings Disclaimer, it refers to the entire IncomeVersity™ brand and all of its products and programs, including but not limited to:
The IV Mini Legacy Vault - also known as The Legacy Vault
The IV Full Legacy Vault - also known as The Ultimate Legacy Vault
Any digital products with Master Resell Rights (MRR), Affiliate rights, Private Label Rights (PLR), or associated licenses
By accessing or using any part of The Legacy Vault/ The Ultimate Legacy Vault, you agree to these terms in full.
Applicability of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, memberships, and affiliate arrangements relating to The Legacy Vault/ The Ultimate Legacy Vault™ (‘we,’ ‘our,’ ‘us’). By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions whether you are a customer or an affiliate partner.
For clarity, these Terms & Conditions apply to all purchasers, users, and affiliates of The Legacy Vault/ The Ultimate Legacy Vault™.
References to “affiliates” throughout this document include all individuals who purchase, access, or promote the Product, regardless of whether they participate in the affiliate programme.
Accordingly, all clauses - including those relating to refunds, chargebacks, termination, and conduct - apply to every buyer.
To confirm - by purchasing, downloading, promoting, or reselling The Legacy Vault/ The Ultimate Legacy Vault™ (“the Product”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully, as this forms a legally binding agreement.
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in The Legacy Vault/ The Ultimate Legacy Vault Affiliate Programme (“Programme”) operated by Apriel Louise / Apriel Louise Ltd and Laura Stott (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By registering as an affiliate, accessing affiliate resources, or promoting The Legacy Vault/ The Ultimate Legacy Vault™, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Programme.
1. GRANT OF LICENCE
Once accepted into the Programme, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to promote and sell the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault.
You may:
Use the Product for your own education and business growth.
Promote/resell the Product using your unique affiliate link.
Edit and rebrand PLR-marked materials, in line with their licence terms.
Earn commission on verified sales tracked through your affiliate link.
You may not:
Share, gift, or resell access to the product outside the affiliate structure.
Modify or repurpose IncomeVersity™, the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault content as your own.
Position yourself as the owner, founder, or creator of IncomeVersity™, the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault.
Use the branding of IncomeVersity™ , the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault without permission.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, materials, intellectual property and branding associated with IncomeVersity™, The Legacy Vault™ and The Ultimate Legacy Vault™ remain the exclusive property of Apriel Louise/ Apriel Louise Ltd and Laura Stott.
You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any course content except for clearly marked PLR resources.
Unauthorised use will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action.
Some resources may include PLR (Private Label Rights), which may be rebranded/resold only in line with their specific licence terms.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURES

Affiliates earn 80% commission on each verified sale through their unique link.
We retain 20% as an operating fee.
Payouts are processed automatically via Stan Store or Beacons in line with their schedules.
No commission is payable on refunded, fraudulent, or chargeback sales.
Commissions are conditional until the refund/chargeback period has passed. If a sale is reversed, the commission is void.

3A. Payout Disputes
Any commission or payout disputes must be raised within 30 days of receiving payment.
After this period, payouts are considered accurate and final.
4. REFUND POLICY & CHARGEBACKS
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided due to the digital nature of the Product and instant access.
By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive your 14-day cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If a chargeback occurs:
It is treated as a breach of contract and access will be revoked without refund.
Where affiliate commissions have been paid on a refunded, disputed or charged-back transaction, such commissions become immediately repayable and must be paid within 7 days.

If repayment is not made:
We may deduct the balance from future commissions.
If no further sales occur, you remain personally liable to repay the debt.
We reserve the right to pursue legal recovery of funds plus costs.
Affiliates will also be liable for the payment processor’s dispute fee (typically £15–£25 per case).
5. PROMOTIONS
5A. BUNDLING POLICY
Affiliates and authorised resellers may bundle the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault with their own products, services, coaching, memberships, communities, training programmes, resources or bonuses, provided that all other terms of this Agreement are complied with.
For the purposes of these Terms, "bundling" refers to the inclusion of the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault as part of a wider offer, package, programme, membership, coaching service or educational product.
The Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault must not be marketed, positioned or represented as a free product, giveaway item, token-value product or incidental bonus. Any bundled offer must present the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault as a genuine component of the overall package and in a manner that preserves its perceived value and integrity.
Affiliates and resellers must not:
Claim ownership of the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault or its contents.
Remove, alter or obscure any branding, copyright notices or ownership references.
Provide standalone access to the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault without complying with the agreed commission or licensing requirements.
Market the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault in a misleading, deceptive or damaging manner.
Use the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault in a way that could reasonably undermine its commercial value, reputation or intended positioning.
Where the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault forms part of a bundled offer, the agreed affiliate commission, licence fee or other payment due to the Company must still be paid for each customer granted access to the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault. Such payments must be made using the designated gifting link or alternative method approved by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to request evidence of sales, bundled offers, promotional materials and commission payments at any time.
Any bundle or promotional activity deemed to intentionally circumvent the commercial value, licensing structure or intended use of the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault may result in the suspension or termination of affiliate or reseller rights without notice.
Affiliates and resellers remain solely responsible for ensuring that any bundled offer complies with applicable consumer protection, advertising and competition laws.
Affiliates and resellers also remain solely responsible for delivering any products, services, coaching, bonuses or support included within their own bundled offers.
6. DEFAMATION & NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Affiliates must not:
Make misleading, defamatory, or damaging statements about IncomeVersity™, the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault, Apriel Louise/ Apriel Louise Ltd, Laura Stott, or the community.
Engage in public trolling, harassment, or reputational harm.
Breach of this clause may result in:
Permanent termination of affiliate access without refund.
Legal action with damages of not less than £5,000 for reputational harm.
7. AFFILIATE VERIFICATION (Where Applicable for both Customers and Affiliates)
To protect against fraud and maintain secure commission payments, customers or affiliates may be asked to verify their identity or provide supporting information after purchase.
This verification may apply to either individuals joining the affiliate or resale programme, or customers purchasing for personal use.
Verification may include, at our discretion:
• Proof of course purchase;
• Full name and contact details;
• Social media handle used for promotion; or
• Government-issued photo ID (if specifically requested for fraud-prevention or payment verification purposes).
Failure to complete requested verification may result in refusal, suspension of affiliate privileges, or/ and removal from the Product and/or affiliate programme without refund.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY
By joining as an affiliate, you agree to:
Keep affiliate resources and training materials private.
Not disclose strategies, sales techniques, or course content.
Not duplicate or distribute affiliate resources outside the Programme.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to revoke affiliate access immediately if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to:
Fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities, financial institutions, and payment processors.
10. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Affiliates act as independent contractors and are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, and compliance.
11. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee any income or success.
Your results depend on:
Your skills, effort, and consistency.
Market demand and conditions.
External factors outside our control.
Affiliates must not:
Present income examples as typical or guaranteed.
Use “get rich quick” language.
Fail to disclose affiliate status as required by law (#ad, “affiliate link,” or relevant disclosures).
12. TAX & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
All content is educational only and not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Affiliates are responsible for declaring their earnings and complying with local tax laws.
We are not liable for your tax, regulatory, or compliance obligations.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apriel Louise / Apriel Louise Ltd, Laura Stott, the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault and IncomeVersity™ from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
Misrepresentation or deceptive marketing.
Breach of these Terms.
Violations of advertising, tax, or consumer protection laws.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:
Any lost income, missed opportunities, or business failures.
Issues arising from your affiliate activities.
Any indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability to you will never exceed the amount paid for the Product.
15. TERMINATION OF AFFILIATE ACCESS
Your access will be revoked immediately, without refund, if you:
Breach these Terms.
Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or reputational harm.
Fail to repay commission from refunded/chargeback sales.
Misuse intellectual property or confidential materials.
Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, payment provider, Stan Store or Beacons. Chargebacks are taken seriously as instances of payment fraud. Chargebacks and Disputes constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, all access to purchased products, courses, or communities will be immediately revoked and your account permanently terminated, without refund.
Termination results in permanent loss of affiliate status and commissions.
Confidentiality, IP, and non-disparagement obligations remain enforceable for three (3) years after termination.
16. DELIVERY & ACCESS
Access is delivered via Stan Store or any alternative platform selected by the Company.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address, ensuring your details are accurate at checkout, and keeping login details secure.
“Lifetime access” means for the operational lifespan of IncomeVersity™/ the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault, not your personal lifetime.
Once payment is completed, the digital product is deemed delivered and access is considered granted when the course link is issued by email, regardless of whether you have joined or been approved inside the platform. Delivery of the access link fulfils our obligation to provide digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and no refunds are available once this link has been sent.
17. PLATFORM CHANGES & PROGRAMME RETIREMENT
The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, migrate, suspend or discontinue any platform, community, delivery method, affiliate programme, membership structure, training environment or software used to provide the Product.
Where reasonably possible, purchasers will continue to receive access to the digital content they originally purchased through an alternative platform or delivery method determined by us.
We reserve the right to retire, amend or discontinue any affiliate programme, commission structure or promotional opportunity at any time without compensation for future anticipated earnings.
The retirement of a platform, community or affiliate programme does not constitute grounds for a refund where access to purchased digital content continues to be provided.
18. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT
The Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault is a standalone digital product and does not include access to any community, membership, support group or networking space.
From time to time, purchasers may be invited to join optional communities, including The Signature Collective or other support spaces operated by the Company. Access to such communities is provided separately and may be modified, restricted or withdrawn at the Company's discretion.
Where community access is granted, members agree to:
Treat all members with respect and courtesy.
Refrain from harassment, bullying, discrimination, gossip or repeated negativity.
Keep discussions relevant to the purpose of the community.
Avoid spamming, unsolicited direct messages, poaching members or aggressive selling practices.
Respect the privacy of other members and not share screenshots, recordings, member information or community content outside the group without permission.
The Company reserves the right to remove any member from an optional community at its sole discretion if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate or harmful to the community environment.
Removal from a community does not affect access to the Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault or any digital products purchased unless a separate breach of these Terms has occurred.
19. TESTIMONIALS & FEEDBACK
By submitting testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant us permission to use them (with or without your name/photo) for marketing purposes, without compensation.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical outages, or regulatory changes.
21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will first attempt good-faith resolution and, if unresolved, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
22. UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions, commission structures, or Programme rules at any time to reflect changes in law, policy, or business operations.
Continued use of the Product following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates, except where prohibited by law. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
By agreeing to these Terms at the point of purchase, you acknowledge and accept that future updates may occur and that continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available via your confirmation email and inside the course area. We will notify users of significant updates where required by law, but it remains your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
If you do not agree with an update, you may discontinue participation or request removal from the platform. However, discontinuing access does not entitle you to a refund, as all sales are final and digital content has already been delivered.
23. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS (Customers & Affiliates)
By becoming an affiliate, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms.
Agree to abide by them fully.
Understand that commissions are conditional and subject to reversal in the case of refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Accept that failure to comply may result in permanent termination without refund.
By accessing or using any part of IncomeVersity™/ The Legacy Vault and/or Ultimate Legacy Vault/ Apriel Louise/ Apriel Louise Ltd & Laura Stott , you agree to these terms in full, including the Store Terms and Conditions HERE.
