4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on our Stan Store are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Our current AI Toolkit prices are:

Complete AI Income Bundle: $29.00
The Complete Bundle includes both AI Toolkit editions and provides a $9 savings compared with purchasing them separately at their regular individual prices.
Prices for other products are displayed on their respective product pages.
We reserve the right to change prices, offer promotional discounts, or discontinue special offers at any time. Price changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on the customer's location and applicable tax requirements.
Payments are processed through the payment methods supported by our storefront and payment providers. We do not require customers to provide their complete payment card information directly to us.
A purchase is completed when payment has been successfully authorized and processed.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All products specifically identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
Following successful payment, customers will ordinarily receive access to their purchased digital files through Stan Store's digital delivery system.
Depending on the product and platform functionality, delivery may occur through a download page, email notification, or both.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and checking their spam or junk folders when necessary.

6. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Unless a product description or separate license expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product for personal learning or internal business purposes.
Customers may use purchased AI prompts and business templates to assist with their own lawful business activities, including preparing original marketing content, client communications, and administrative materials.
Customers may customize prompts and templates for their own use.
However, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the original toolkit, its compilation, branding, design, or other protected materials.
Without our prior written permission, customers may not:
Resell or redistribute the original purchased digital files.
Upload purchased toolkits to publicly accessible file-sharing websites.
Share downloadable products with individuals who have not purchased a license.
Repackage our original materials as competing digital products.
Claim authorship or ownership of our original copyrighted materials.
Remove copyright notices or identifying information to misrepresent ownership.
Reproduce or commercially distribute our product collections as standalone resources.
These restrictions do not prohibit a customer from using customized prompts or templates to produce original work for their own business, where permitted by the applicable product license.
Any exceptions must be stated in writing or in the applicable product's licensing terms.
7. MUSIC AND AUDIO PRODUCT LICENSING
Certain Straight4TheTop digital music products are advertised as including commercial-use rights.
For products expressly sold with commercial-use permission, customers may use the purchased audio tracks in their own podcasts, social media videos, promotional content, and other projects within the scope described on the relevant product page or accompanying license.
Unless a separate license provides otherwise, purchasing music or audio does not permit customers to:
Resell the original audio files as standalone music products.
Redistribute the files as a competing sound library.
Claim authorship of the original recordings.
Upload the recordings to music distribution services as their own standalone releases.
Transfer or sublicense the original audio files to third parties.
Customers may publish projects incorporating the audio in accordance with the commercial-use rights granted for the purchased product.
Any product-specific license supplied with an audio pack will control where it expressly provides additional permissions or restrictions.
8. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Because digital products can generally be accessed, downloaded, or copied immediately after purchase, digital product sales are generally final once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds for:
Changes of mind after receiving a digital product.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Purchasing a product that the customer later decides not to use.
Failure to achieve an anticipated business or financial outcome.
Lack of familiarity with AI software or other tools needed to use a product.
However, customers should contact us if:
The purchased digital product was not delivered.
A provided file is defective or unusable.
The customer received an incorrect product.
A duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred.
The delivered product materially differs from its advertised description.
When a complaint is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include corrected delivery, replacement, technical assistance, or a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Notaries and signing agents must comply with applicable notarial laws, identity verification procedures, privacy requirements, recordkeeping obligations, and commissioning restrictions.
Customers must not rely on AI-generated materials as substitutes for legally required professional judgment, training, supervision, or official procedures.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF INCOME OR RESULTS
Straight4TheTop provides educational information, tools, and business development resources.
We do not promise, represent, or guarantee that purchasing or using our products will result in:
Increased income or revenue.
New clients or customers.
Additional real estate transactions.
Additional notary appointments.
Business profitability.
Employment or professional advancement.
Financial independence or wealth accumulation.
Individual results depend on numerous factors, including experience, market conditions, resources, implementation, legal requirements, and independent business decisions.
Any examples or strategies are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Straight4TheTop name, Straight4TheTop Wealth Circle™ branding, company graphics, original publications, digital products, templates, and other proprietary materials are owned by the Company or used under appropriate authorization.
The names, logos, and branding of affiliated businesses, including Simple Realty & Investments LLC and Complete Signing Solutions LLC, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, or misrepresentation of protected materials is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks, platforms, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate purchase and contact information.
Use purchased materials lawfully.
Respect intellectual property and licensing restrictions.

We are not responsible for every interruption or action of an independent third-party provider, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery issues involving products purchased directly from us.
Nothing in this section removes obligations or remedies imposed by applicable law.
15. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INFORMATIONAL ACCURACY
We endeavor to provide useful, accurate, and current information.
However, educational materials, commentary, business examples, product instructions, and AI-related resources may become outdated or contain errors.
We may correct, revise, update, or remove content as reasonably necessary.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific license, checkout disclosures, refund provisions, and other agreements expressly incorporated into a particular transaction, constitute the agreement governing that purchase.
If a product includes an express license providing additional usage rights, including commercial-use rights for music or audio products, those specific rights will not be eliminated by a more general restriction in these Terms.
