Your analysis will begin once your photos have been received and approved as suitable.
If the images provided are not suitable for accurate analysis, I may request additional photos before proceeding.
All guidance is based on professional colour and styling principles and is intended to support your personal clothing choices. Final decisions and purchases are always your own.
This service focuses on clothing, proportion and how garments sit on the body. It does not assess or judge body size, weight or appearance.
All advice is given in good faith. Individual interpretation and personal response to the advice may vary.
Results are subjective and may differ depending on personal preference, lifestyle and how the advice is applied.
This is a digital service and while every effort is made to ensure accuracy, results may vary depending on lighting, image quality and screen settings.
You have a legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of placing your order. If you expressly request that I begin your personalised analysis during this period and subsequently cancel, a reasonably proportionate charge may be apply for work already completed. Your information will be kept for up to 6 months after your report has been delivered. This allows time for follow-up support and for any queries or concerns to be reviewed if needed.
After this period, your data will be securely deleted, unless you give permission for it to be retained for future reference.
If you request early deletion of your data, this may limit my ability to review or respond to any queries.
Your information may be shared with you via email and stored securely using trusted systems in order to complete your analysis.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
If you have any concerns about your analysis or your report, please contact me at angela@style-angel.co.uk so I can look into them and work towards a resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
After this time, and once your data has been deleted in line with this policy, I may not be able to investigate or respond to complaints in full.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service at my discretion if I feel it is not appropriate to proceed. In this instance, a full refund will be issued.
