The Style Roots system is one of the most powerful tools for understanding your personal style, but understanding it on paper and actually using it are two very different things. This workshop series bridges that gap.
Across four live workshops, you'll build a real, working knowledge of all eight style roots. Not just what they mean, but how they look in practice, how they combine, and how to use them every time you open your wardrobe or walk into a shop.
By the end of this series, you will:
Understand what each of the eight style roots actually looks like in real garments and outfits, not just in theory
Identify the styling techniques behind each root so you can see how something is styled, not just what it is
Recognise how roots combine and why a piece can feel like it belongs to more than one root
Confidently type yourself, even if you've been stuck or second-guessing for a while
Know exactly why certain outfits feel off and how to fix them
Shop with intention so you stop buying pieces that don't work with your actual roots
This is the first time I'm running this series live, which means you get to be in the room as it happens, ask questions in real time, and shape how the material works.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
Workshop 1: Polished & Put Together (Mushroom and Mountain roots)
Workshop 2: Relaxed & Casual (Stone and Earth roots)
Workshop 3: Soft & Feminine (Flower and Fire roots)
Workshop 4: Self Expression (Moon and Sun roots)
Each workshop is going to be delivered live in June (so you can ask me questions) and a replay will be available.
This workshop series is for you if:
You've typed yourself but you're not fully confident in your result
You keep second-guessing whether a new item fits your roots or not
You want to shop with more intention and stop buying things that don't work
You've had a Style Roots Analysis and want to go deeper into actually applying it
This is not for you if:
You're looking for a quick quiz or a shortcut to typing yourself
You want someone to fix your style quickly
You're not ready to actually look at your wardrobe and engage with the material
You want Mili to analyse all your outfits (book a Style Roots Analysis for that!)
