PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
By completing a purchase through our platform, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, digital courses, consultations, and any other offerings made available by Muse Image Consulting FZE (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") through its sales platform and any associated channels.
1. Company & Platform
All products and services are offered by Muse Image Consulting FZE, a free zone entity registered in the United Arab Emirates. Sales are conducted through third-party platform Stan Store. The Company may also be reached at sofiashved.com for general information; however, all commercial transactions take place on the Stan Store platform.
The Company reserves the right to expand, modify, or discontinue any of its offerings at any time without prior notice.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content made available through the Company's products and services — including but not limited to digital courses, videos, written materials, image books, style guides, mood boards, graphics, photographs, templates, and any other materials prepared or delivered by the Company — is the exclusive intellectual property of Muse Image Consulting FZE and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased content solely for your own personal use. This license expressly prohibits the following:
Copying, reproducing, uploading, posting, or distributing any content in any form or medium
Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting any content or materials
Using any delivered materials — including but not limited to image books, templates, or style guides — as a basis for creating derivative products or services to be offered to third parties
Sharing login credentials or purchased content with any other individual
This restriction applies equally to other styling and image consulting professionals. Any materials delivered as part of a consultation — including personalised image books, templates, or visual guides — are created exclusively for the purchasing client and may not be replicated, adapted, or resold to other individuals or businesses.
Any unauthorised use of the Company's content may constitute a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
3. Digital Products & Courses
All digital products and courses offered by the Company are delivered electronically via the Stan Store platform. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access to the digital product has been granted.
The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes, results, earnings, or personal transformations arising from the use of its digital products.
The Company is not responsible for any technical issues arising from third-party platforms, devices, or software used to access the purchased content. Any such issues are governed solely by the terms of the relevant third-party provider.
If a product becomes unavailable following a completed transaction and prior to access being granted, the Company's sole obligation shall be to issue a refund of the purchase price.
3.1 Course Access Duration
Access to purchased courses and digital products is granted for as long as they remains available on the platform, unless a specific access period or alternative condition was expressly stated at the point of sale, in which case such stated terms shall prevail and govern the duration of access. The Company does not guarantee indefinite availability of any course or digital product, as continued hosting is subject to the ongoing operation of the platform and the Company's business decisions.
In the event that the Company intends to permanently remove a course or discontinue the platform through which the course is hosted, the Company shall provide all affected customers with no less than 30 days' prior written notice via the email address used at the time of purchase. This notice obligation does not apply in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to platform outages, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
4. Consultation Services
The Company offers personal styling and image consulting sessions (hereinafter "Consultations"). All Consultations are booked and coordinated via direct communication channels, including but not limited to email (info@thestylingclub.com) and Instagram direct message. The following terms apply to all Consultation bookings:
4.1 Payment & Booking Confirmation
A Consultation is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. By completing payment, you agree to these Terms in full, including the cancellation and rescheduling policy set out below.
4.2 No Refund Policy
All Consultation bookings are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
4.3 Rescheduling Policy
The Company understands that circumstances can change. Accordingly, the following rescheduling policy applies:
Each client is entitled to one (1) reschedule request at no additional charge.
Reschedule requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours before the scheduled Consultation time by contacting the Company at info@thestylingclub.com.
Any request for a second or subsequent reschedule is subject to the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline further rescheduling requests, in which case the original session shall be considered forfeited and no refund shall be issued.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled Consultation without prior notice (no-shows) will forfeit their session entirely, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
4.4 Session Recording
The Company does not record Consultation sessions. Clients who wish to record the session for their own personal reference may do so, provided that the recording is used solely for personal purposes and is not shared, distributed, or published in any form.
4.5 Delivered Materials
Any materials delivered by the Company in connection with a Consultation — including but not limited to personalised image books, style guides, mood boards, or visual references — remain the intellectual property of Muse Image Consulting FZE and are subject to the terms set out in Section 2 of this Agreement. These materials are created exclusively for the individual client and may not be reproduced, resold, or used as the basis for derivative services offered to any third party.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By purchasing any product or service from the Company, you agree that you will not:
Use any purchased content for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
Engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to the Company or other clients
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any content, account, or system associated with the Company
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including in cases where these Terms have been violated.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE COMPANY PROVIDES ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME, TRANSFORMATION, FINANCIAL GAIN, OR OTHER RESULT FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOUR RESULTS ARE ENTIRELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR OWN EFFORTS, CIRCUMSTANCES, AND INDIVIDUAL FACTORS BEYOND THE COMPANY'S CONTROL.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.
The Company shall not be responsible for any performance or service issues caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, or service providers. Any such issues are governed solely by the agreement between you and the relevant third-party provider.
7. Privacy & Communications
By making a purchase or enquiry, you consent to receiving communications from the Company relating to your purchase, scheduled services, and any relevant updates. The Company will not intentionally disclose your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or necessary to fulfil your purchased service.
The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal data. However, no digital system can be guaranteed entirely secure. Use of the Company's platform and services is at your own risk.
8. Client Submissions
If you provide the Company with feedback, suggestions, images, or other materials for the purpose of receiving styling or image consulting services, you grant the Company the right to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. The Company will not publicly share identifiable client materials without express permission.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muse Image Consulting FZE and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (iii) your use of the Company's products or services.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Amendments to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Company's products or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
