I'm Kei, a pastry chef trained at Ferrandi in Paris. I've spent the last fifteen years catering afternoon tea across Los Angeles and running an afternoon tea cafe in Montrose, CA hosted various occasions — bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, backyards and gardens. Guest count from 2 to 100. This is the system I actually use, written down and laid out so you can write in it.
Most tea party printables are made by designers. This one is written by Kei, the founder of Sugarbird Sweets, the person who bakes, prepraes the food and arranges the tables with her team. We built a Californian styled afternoon tea that is inspired with a tad of Asian flavors and California ingredients to offer a modern version of the traditional English tea. We hope you enjoy hosting and expand your memories and connections.

ABOUT THE BUDGET
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Hiring someone to cater this party for 18 guests runs well into four figures. The Playbook shows you how to do it yourself for $500–$800, and tells you exactly where it's worth spending and where it absolutely isn't.
