The Planning Hour — 1:1 Tea Party Session with Kei

You've got a date, a room, and a number of guests. What you don't have is the plan.

I'm Kei. I trained in pastry at Ferrandi in Paris and I've spent the last twelve years catering afternoon tea across Los Angeles — bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, backyards and gardens. For one hour, that whole catering brain is yours.

WHAT WE DO IN THE HOUR

We start with your party, not a template. Who's coming, what the room is like, what you're nervous about. Then we build it:

★ Your menu, decided — sandwiches, scones, sweets and tea, chosen for your guests, your season and your skill level

★ Your numbers — exactly how much of everything for your guest count, so you stop guessing and stop over-buying

★ Your timeline — what to do on which day, working backwards from the hour your guests arrive

★ The problems — dietary needs, a tiny kitchen, no oven, a toddler, an aunt who'll comment on everything. Bring them. This is the part a PDF can't do.

WHAT YOU GET AFTERWARDS

★ YOUR CUSTOM MENU, WRITTEN UP — a one-page menu built for your party, with quantities, make-ahead notes and what to buy rather than make. Sent within 3 business days.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Book below and pick your time

2. You'll get a short form — guests, date, venue, budget, anything you're worried about

3. We meet on Zoom for an hour

4. Your written menu arrives within 3 business days

WHO IT'S FOR

First-time hosts who want it to go well. Confident cooks who want a second opinion from someone who does this for a living. Anyone planning a bridal or baby shower who'd rather spend the week before it feeling calm.

Book at least two weeks before your party if you can. Three is better. I'll still take you at ten days, but we'll be moving.

Tea doesn't need to be stuffy. It just needs a few tricks up your sleeve — and an hour with someone who has them.

One 60-minute session and one written menu. Table Cards, Menu Cards, One round of small revisions to the menu is included — email me within a week. Rescheduling is fine with 24 hours' notice.
