There’s a voice.
Quiet. Persistent. Utterly unconvinced.
“What if they find out I don’t really know what I’m doing?”
“I just got lucky.”
“I’m not ready, someone more qualified should be here instead of me.”
That voice has a name.

Who am I…
I am Suzie Rogers, a Life and Leadership coach for women. Drawing on over a decade of corporate leadership experience in Europe and the US, I developed a proven framework to help others overcome the imposter syndrome I navigated throughout my own career.
You didn’t get here by accident. You’ve already proven you belong here. The work now is simply to believe it, through evidence, one day at a time.
