PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCT FROM SWEETIE K STUDIO DIGITALS.
By accessing this store or purchasing a product from Sweetie K Studio Digitals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Products sold by Sweetie K Studio Digitals may include editable templates, Canva templates, printable designs, eBooks, guides, digital downloads and other digital resources. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically through the method described on the product page or after checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email address used at checkout.
If you experience a legitimate problem accessing a purchased file or link, please contact Sweetie K Studio Digitals for assistance.
3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate-access and non-returnable nature of digital products, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you are unable to access a purchased product because of a technical or delivery problem, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing to make sure the product meets your needs and that you have access to any software required to use it.
4. EDITABLE TEMPLATES & CANVA
Some products may require a free or paid Canva account or other third-party software. The product description will identify applicable requirements when appropriate.
Sweetie K Studio Digitals is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva. Canva and other third-party platforms may change their features, pricing, licensing terms or availability independently of Sweetie K Studio Digitals.
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable terms and licensing requirements of any third-party platform, font, graphic, photograph or other resource used with a template.
5. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product.
You MAY:
• Use the template or digital product for your own personal projects.
• Customize an editable template for your own use.
• Use eligible templates to create finished physical products for your customers.
• Sell finished physical products that you personally create using eligible templates, provided you comply with these Terms and any applicable third-party licensing requirements.
6. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You MAY NOT:
• Resell the original digital product or editable template.
• Resell a modified version of the digital template as a digital product.
• Share, copy, distribute, transfer or give the digital files or editable template links to another person.
• Upload the purchased files to file-sharing websites, groups, drives, marketplaces or other platforms for others to access.
• Claim the original Sweetie K Studio Digitals template or design as your own creation.
• Include our editable templates or digital files in another digital bundle, membership, course, template collection or similar digital offering without written permission.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original template or digital design to the purchaser.
7. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC LICENSES
Certain products may have additional or different licensing restrictions. When a product listing contains specific license terms, those product-specific terms also apply to that purchase.
8. PRINTING, COLORS & RESULTS
Colors may vary between computer screens, mobile devices, printers, inks, papers and other materials. Sweetie K Studio Digitals cannot guarantee exact color reproduction or identical results across different equipment and materials.
Customers are responsible for verifying sizing, print settings, materials and compatibility before producing finished products.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original content created and sold by Sweetie K Studio Digitals, including original templates, layouts, instructions, graphics and other original materials, remains the intellectual property of its respective owner and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, characters, fonts, graphics, photographs and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Purchase of a Sweetie K Studio Digitals product does not grant rights to third-party intellectual property beyond rights lawfully provided by the applicable rights holder.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and requirements before purchasing and for having the equipment, software and skills necessary to use the purchased product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a template does not include custom design work, printing, assembly or one-on-one instruction.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
Sweetie K Studio Digitals does not guarantee sales, profits, income or business results from using any template, eBook, guide or other digital resource. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Sweetie K Studio Digitals is not responsible for interruptions, changes or technical problems caused by third-party platforms or services, including Canva, payment processors, email providers or other external services.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sweetie K Studio Digitals will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a purchased digital product.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. PAYMENT
Customers agree to pay the price displayed at checkout and provide valid payment information. Prices and promotional offers may change at any time without prior notice.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Sweetie K Studio Digitals may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law. The version available at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
