This came at the perfect time for my holiday off of actual work! My brain is usually one that starts with folding laundry- takes a clean dish cloth to the kitchen- sees the dishes and decides to load the dishwasher real quick- so then I have to take out the garbage- and then I end up organizing the garage when all I was actually trying to do was fold laundry. It’s not at all productive! After reading through this I picked two areas that get me the most “off task” in my daily life. I started with the spice cabinet/ baking cabinet and committed to standing in that spot for 20 minutes. And it was all done! I didn’t end 2 hours later with 4 more unfinished tasks. Thank you for keeping this small and ongoing- not a check list that I am done with and never look at again. In my time off of work I’m determined to use 20 min per day around my house to set us up for success in 2026!
