If you have to cancel your call, please email (tara@thealgorithmadvantages) with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call. If you do not show up to your call or reschedule within 48 hours, you forfeit your call.

  14. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such an event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

  15. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

  16. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Mentorship Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Private Mentorship with Tara O’Malley, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, policies, and conditions of enrollment:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of this mentorship, all payments are final and non-refundable.
This program involves direct access to Tara’s time, expertise, intellectual property, and creative strategy. Once enrollment is confirmed, those resources are allocated and cannot be reclaimed.

When you enroll, you are securing not only your spot but Tara’s commitment, preparation, and energy toward your success. Because of this, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstance.

2. Full Participation & Implementation

Private Mentorship is a collaborative partnership that requires your active participation and implementation.
Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and application of the strategies discussed during sessions.

Tara will provide you with clear guidance, proven strategy, and full support. You are responsible for applying that strategy between sessions and taking ownership of your progress.

There are no guarantees of results, as outcomes depend entirely on your individual actions and commitment.

3. Scheduling & Session Policy

Mentorship sessions are scheduled in advance and held via Zoom.
If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided.
Missed or unattended sessions without notice are considered forfeit and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

All sessions must be completed within the agreed mentorship term.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All strategies, frameworks, and materials shared during mentorship are the intellectual property of Tara O’Malley and The Algorithm Advantage™.
You agree not to duplicate, distribute, or share any materials, recordings, or proprietary systems without written permission.

All personal and business information shared during mentorship sessions will remain confidential.

5. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

This mentorship is a professional environment built on mutual respect, accountability, and growth.
Tara reserves the right to terminate mentorship without refund if a client engages in disrespectful, abusive, or unethical behavior.

6. Agreement of Understanding

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
