Worried your baby isn’t getting enough iron?
You’re not alone — and you’re not wrong to think about it. From around six months, the iron your baby was born with runs out, and breast milk is naturally low in it. From that point, food does almost all of the iron work.
Iron deficiency is the most common nutrient deficiency in babies worldwide. It affects development, immunity, appetite and sleep. And most parents are never told what to actually cook.
So I made you 6 recipes that take the guesswork out of it.
Every meal in this pack is built around iron — and, just as importantly, around the vitamin C pairing that helps your baby actually absorb it. That’s the part most recipes miss, and it’s woven into all 7.
WHAT’S INSIDE
✦ 6 iron-rich recipes — purées, mash and finger foods
✦ Ingredients + step-by-step method for every meal
✦ A “why it’s iron-rich” note on each one, so you understand what you’re feeding and why

— You want recipes that work for purées, mash and finger foods
— You’d like to understand why a meal works, not just follow steps
— You want real food, no added salt or sugar, nothing complicated
WHY IT’S DIFFERENT
Most baby recipes just give you a method. These teach you the one principle that makes iron actually count — pairing it with vitamin C to boost absorption up to 6×. Once you’ve got it, you can build iron meals for the rest of your baby’s life.

FAQ
Is this purées or baby-led weaning?
Both. Each recipe includes a texture guide so you can serve it smooth for younger babies or as finger food / mash for older ones.
My baby is 9 months — is it still useful?
Yes. The recipes run right through to 12 months and beyond; the texture guide shows you how to adapt each one.
Do I need special equipment?
No. A blender or hand blender, a saucepan, and ice cube trays for freezing. That’s it.
What about allergies?
Egg and fish appear in a few recipes. Introduce any new allergen on its own first, in line with current guidance — the pack explains this.
Is it a physical book?
No, it’s a digital PDF. You’ll get the download link the moment you buy.
