All sales are final due to the nature of digital products. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before download, the sole remedy is a refund or replacement. If technical issues delay the delivery of your product, your remedy is a refund or replacement at the Company's discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
