Your access to and use of this website and all related platforms operated by The 46 LLC (collectively the "Site") is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect.

  1. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, products, services, blueprint documents, personology interpretations, and other materials made available on the Site by The 46 LLC (collectively the "Content") are maintained for your personal use and are the property of The 46 LLC ("the Company"). No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company.

All trade names, trademarks, and materials contained in the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, The 46 LLC. The use of Content for any purpose beyond your own personal use is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Use.

  1. NATURE OF SERVICES — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The 4D system and all associated products — including The Reveal, Karmic Path Add-on, Timing Add-on, Real Matchmaker, Attraction Blueprint, Blueprint Complete, Blueprint Union, Birth Blueprint, Blueprint Session, and all related documents — are provided for educational and self-development purposes only.

The 4D products are informed by personology research, the principles of Napoleon Hill, and the lived experience of the founder. All interpretations, applications, and prescriptions are original work.

The 4D system does not constitute and is not a substitute for:

  • Legal advice or legal services

  • Financial advice, investment advice, or financial planning

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Psychological or psychiatric therapy or counseling

Nothing delivered by The 46 LLC should be interpreted as a guarantee of any outcome, result, or change in your personal, financial, professional, or relational circumstances.

  1. NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the fully personalized and digital nature of all products delivered by The 46 LLC, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are issued once your intake form has been submitted and your document is in preparation.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your sole remedy is either replacement of the document or a refund of the price paid, as determined by The 46 LLC.

If your purchase includes a live Blueprint Session, you are responsible for scheduling your session. All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email strategy@the46studio.com with the subject line "SESSION CANCELLATION — [date and time]" no less than 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you do not appear for your session or cancel within 48 hours, you forfeit that session without refund.

Prices for products offered by the Company may change at any time. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

  1. PAYMENT

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Company. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid payment method. All sales of products are final.

  1. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

When you purchase from The 46 LLC, you expressly consent to receive notices, confirmations, intake forms, documents, and communications from the Company by email. You consent to receive all such notices electronically.

If you opt in to marketing communications, you may receive additional emails about new products, updates, and offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  1. SUBMISSIONS

If you send comments, suggestions, feedback, or ideas to the Company, such submissions shall become the sole property of The 46 LLC. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company.

  1. SECURITY

The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to its data and files. You acknowledge that no system is entirely impenetrable and that use of the Site is at your own risk.

  1. PRIVACY

The Company will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except where the Company in good faith believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or enforce these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of the Company's privacy practices.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NEITHER THE 46 LLC NOR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING OR DELIVERING ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SHALL BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED.

ALL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, RESULT, EARNINGS, RELATIONSHIP CHANGE, OR LIFE CHANGE ARISING FROM USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERFORMANCE OR SERVICE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY ANY THIRD PARTY PLATFORM OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING STAN STORE, STRIPE, OR ANY EMAIL PLATFORM. ANY SUCH PROBLEM SHALL BE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THAT PROVIDER.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold The 46 LLC and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement, any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, or your use of the Site or any services provided via the Site.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia.

If any provision of this agreement is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

These Terms of Use may be revised at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review the current Terms.
