What Is Time for M.E.™?

Time for M.E.™ is a six-week guided experience for women who have reached a turning point and want to intentionally think about what comes next.

This isn't another productivity program or motivational seminar.

It's dedicated time to pause, reflect, ask better questions, and think more intentionally about who you're becoming, what matters now, and how you want to live the next part of your life.

Questions and activities designed to help you hear your own answers more clearly.
