She educated me on my options — from dimmed lights to playing my own choice of music and relaxation tracks before and during the delivery. This simple but powerful guidance turned what could have been a cold, clinical procedure into a peaceful and emotionally grounding experience. Thanks to Georgia, I walked into the operating theatre feeling calm, centered, and supported. I had my relaxation tracks playing in my ears, and instead of fear, I felt excitement and love. My baby was delivered safely, and while it wasn’t the birth I originally imagined, it was beautiful in its own unique way.
