What is an AET?

An AET is an Award in Education and Training, which certifies someone to teach another individual a cpd training course.

Our AET is certified to level 3, covering all main aspects of your teaching certification, including:

• Diversity understandings and adaptations

• Lesson plans

• Theoretical & practical elements of teaching a class

• Code of conducts in a teaching environment

• Theoretical assessments

• Practical assessments (micro teach)

This course has written assignments included which will be marked and graded for a pass/fail rate. It also includes a small practical assessment called a micro teach which is a recorded video of yourself conducting a ‘dummy’ teaching class to evaluate your set up, approach, delivery and teaching profile.

A full successful pass will deem you fit and ready to begin teaching with this certification.

You’ll then need to obtain manuals and Accredidation for your said courses.
