"Do you offer refunds?"
No. You're working with a professional who does this for a living and has a track record. If you're not ready to commit, don't book.
"Can you review my existing keynote or materials before our session?"
No. This session is about building your message from the ground up using my process. I don't review previous talks, PowerPoints, books, or social media content. The onboarding form captures what I need. From there, we build something new. If you're looking for feedback on existing material, this isn't the right service.
"What if I need more than one session?"
After our session, if it makes sense to continue, we'll discuss next steps. Many clients move into the full 3-session package. Some don't need to.
