Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any product or booking any coaching session through this site.

By purchasing a product or booking a coaching session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through this Stan page by PACO CONNECTIONS INC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including coaching sessions booked here and any digital products sold directly through this page.

Some products offered here (including MBRX and the Rewire Hypnomeditation Bundle) redirect you to our main website for purchase. Those products are governed by the Terms & Conditions presented on that website at the time of purchase. These Terms primarily govern coaching sessions and any purchases completed directly through this Stan page.

Coaching Disclaimer & Scope of Services

Coaching sessions are educational and supportive in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not receiving medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment.

  • No diagnosis is being made.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, or medical treatment.

  • You remain fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  • You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional help (medical, psychological, psychiatric, or otherwise) when needed.

  • Any decisions you make following a coaching session are your own.

You understand that emotional material may arise during coaching and that this is part of personal growth work. You agree that you assume full responsibility for how you experience and respond to the coaching process.

You expressly agree not to use coaching as a replacement for professional mental health care and release the Company from any responsibility for outcomes related to emotional, psychological, or behavioral changes.

Assumption of Risk & Informed Consent

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that:

Russell Kennedy, MD (Retired), provides coaching services only. Coaching is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

Although Dr. Kennedy holds a medical degree, he is no longer licensed to practice medicine. Nothing shared during coaching sessions constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You understand that coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatry, or a substitute for medical or mental health care. Many people find these sessions deeply supportive, often alongside the care they receive from licensed professionals. Coaching is intended to be complementary, not a replacement for other care.

The guidance offered in coaching is based on experiential, educational, and somatic approaches to anxiety and nervous system regulation, not on clinical medical practice.

You remain fully responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare provider for any medical, psychiatric, or psychological concerns.

If you experience severe distress, suicidal thoughts, or a psychiatric crisis, you agree to seek immediate support through appropriate emergency or clinical services in your area.

You understand that coaching does not guarantee any specific outcome.

You understand that what is shared in sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, such as in situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

Your participation is voluntary, and you may discontinue coaching at any time.

You acknowledge that personal growth work may involve emotional discomfort, vulnerability, or activation. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in coaching, including any emotional or psychological responses that may arise.

You agree that PACO CONNECTIONS INC. is not responsible for your personal decisions, emotional outcomes, or actions taken during or after coaching sessions.

Booking, Cancellation & Forfeiture

  • All coaching sessions must be scheduled by you.

  • All coaching purchases are non-refundable.

  • For 1-to-1 Anxiety Coaching: rescheduling 24 hours or more before your call is free. Within 24 hours of your call, a USD $50 rebooking fee applies to secure your new time, payable when you select your new slot. You can reschedule any time before your call begins.

  • Once your call has started, it can no longer be rescheduled. If you do not attend, the session is forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled (a no-show).

Digital Products

Any digital products purchased directly through this page are provided “as is.” All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Digital programs such as MBRX and the Rewire Hypnomeditation Bundle are governed by the Terms & Conditions presented on our main website at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, meditations, videos, text, and other materials provided by the Company are the property of PACO CONNECTIONS INC. and are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any materials without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PACO CONNECTIONS INC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of our services, participation in coaching, or use of any content or products.

All services and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree that the Company is not responsible for:

  • Emotional or psychological outcomes

  • Decisions you make following coaching

  • Reliance on any information provided

  • Interruptions, delays, or technical issues

  • Third-party platform failures (including Stan, Stripe, or scheduling software)

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PACO CONNECTIONS INC., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of services

  • Your participation in coaching

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your decisions or actions related to coaching or content

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Modifications

These Terms may be updated anytime. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
