Welcome to Astrology with Ashley, LLC. By booking an astrology reading, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Provided
Astrology with Ashley, LLC offers 1:1 astrology readings via Zoom, including birth chart interpretations and transit updates. These services are designed to offer insight and guidance, and are not intended as a substitute for professional advice of any kind (e.g., medical, legal, psychological, or financial).
Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session. By purchasing a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Personal Information
To perform your astrology reading, the following information will be collected:
Full birth date, time, and location
Your name and email address
Payment information via our secure booking platform
All information provided is confidential and will not be shared or sold.
Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
If you need to reschedule and give the required notice, your payment will be applied to the new date.
Session Delivery
All readings are conducted via Zoom at the time selected during booking. Please ensure you have stable internet access and are on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Intellectual Property
All materials shared during or after your session (including written notes, PDFs, or charts) are the intellectual property of Astrology with Ashley, LLC. These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or publicly shared without written permission.

Astrology readings are for informational and personal development purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes or accuracy of predictions. You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions you take following a session.
Energetic Boundaries & Respect
This is a sacred space. Astrology with Ashley, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, harassment, or abusive behavior. Any such behavior may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.
Changes to Terms
Astrology with Ashley, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or on the website.
