This spreadsheet includes all of the equations to calculate the following items:
The value of your inventory (based off of SOM Liquor pricing)
The cost per 1.5 ounce shot
Simply change what the cost is to your consumer to calculate profit per shot.
A working inventory to adjust pricing to reflect a 30% cost.
Works in a google drive format
