SERVICES (STYLING, CONSULTATIONS, 1:1 SUPPORT)

  • All styling deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot in the schedule.

  • Styling deposits cover pre-service work including moodboards, consultation time, and preliminary concepts.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery of shop links or styling files.

  • If you miss your scheduled style call without notice, your session is forfeited.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once with a 24-hour notice.

  • No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS, JOURNALS, GUIDES)

  • All digital product purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available once the file has been sent or downloaded.

  • You agree not to share, resell, or distribute any digital content purchased. These materials are for personal use only.
