2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold through The Bride Club are digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product(s), including Canva template links where applicable.

You are responsible for entering a correct name and email address at checkout. Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and provide customer support.

3. CANVA ACCESS

All products sold through The Bride Club are editable Canva templates.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our templates can be edited with a free Canva account. We are not affiliated with Canva and are not responsible for Canva’s platform, account access, technical issues, feature changes, service interruptions, or changes to Canva’s terms.

4. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own personal wedding or event.

You may edit, print, and use the templates for your own personal use.

You may not:

- Share, transfer, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, copy, or reproduce the product or Canva links;

- Upload, publish, or make the files available to others;

- Use the product for commercial purposes;

- Use the product for client work, including as a wedding planner, event planner, designer, virtual assistant, or any other service provider;

- Use the product to create or sell competing templates, planners, digital products, or services;

- Claim the design, content, or templates as your own work.

All copyrights, designs, graphics, text, layouts, branding, and template content remain the property of The Bride Club.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because all products are digital and access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered after access to the product has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@thebrideclub.net. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

For customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom: by purchasing a digital product and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, fonts, layouts, and appearance may vary depending on your device, printer, Canva account, browser, software, or screen settings.

We do not guarantee that the products will meet every individual preference, requirement, or intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bride Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or access to the products or store.

Our total liability in connection with a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

Your personal information may be used to:
