🌉 Membership & Recurring Billing Agreement | I understand that The Bridge Membership™ Plus+ is a recurring monthly membership that includes one (1) private sessions per billing month. My payment will automatically renew each month until I cancel my membership.
📅 Session Use & Rollover Agreement I understand that my membership includes one (1) private session per billing month. My session must be used during the applicable membership period and does not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or convert to credit for a future month if unused.
🔄 Rescheduling & 24-Hour Policy | I understand that appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours before my scheduled session. Changes requested within 24 hours of my appointment may result in the session being forfeited.
⏰ Late Arrival & Missed Session Policy | I understand that my session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce my available session time and will not extend the appointment. Missed appointments/no-shows are considered used sessions and cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.
💳 Payment & Refund Policy | I understand that membership payments are non-refundable once processed, including if I choose not to attend or use all of my included sessions during that billing period.
🚪 Membership Cancellation | I understand that I may cancel my membership before my next scheduled renewal to prevent future charges. Canceling does not provide a refund for a payment that has already been processed, and my membership benefits end according to the terms of my current billing period.
💬 Communication & Access | I understand that The Bridge Membership™ Plus+ provides ongoing support through my two scheduled private sessions each month, but does not include unlimited messaging, texting, on-demand calls, or unscheduled access between appointments. Additional sessions or services may require separate booking and payment.
✨ Nature & Scope of Services I understand that sessions may incorporate spiritual/intuitive guidance, astrology, tarot, coaching, strategy, and personal development depending on my needs. These services are intended for guidance, education, reflection, and personal development and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
