December 10 to 23, 2026 | 10 live weekday sessions — 6:45PM CST (60-90 minutes, NO WEEKENDS) - Yes, all sessions will be recorded and sent to you within a learning portal.

Walk into January knowing what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, and what’s already working.

You probably already have ideas for 2027. You may even have a notebook full of them.

What takes more work is deciding which ones deserve your time, turning those decisions into a plan, and getting your business systems ready to support it.

Because “get more organized” gets real vague when a client needs onboarding, three people need a follow-up, and your marketing is waiting for you to find a minute.

Let’s work on that before January.

The 2027 Planning & Workflow Group Intensive is a live, hands-on experience where you’ll create your Q1 plan in ClickUp and build one business workflow that helps you carry it out.

We’ll work together over 10 weekdays, with two weekends between sessions to let things settle.

You’ll make decisions, build in your own business, get feedback, and test what you create.

By our final session, you’ll be able to show how your plan and workflow work together.

You do NOT need Clickup (that's what I will recommend), but you need some type of task or project system (even if it's Google Workspace), you got to keep yourself together and automate your mindset to what you want to see and live out!

For a 20-person group, I'm give 10 people each final presentation day: 5-7 minutes presenting and there will be a Google Sheet where everyone can give their feedback and it will be provided to each student.

This is a 10-day HIGH VALUE and INTERACTIVE GROUP INTENSIVE.

This is not a "listen to Jai" coach you, we will be discussing and doing research while on together.

We have to take 2027 seriously, so if you have to drive and listen in or wash dishes during our time, do not sign up. I mean it.

We just saw our political climate change, we have to get focused.

All sales of digital products, templates, masterclasses, and online programs are final.

There are no refunds by any means for any digital goods. If you book a 1:1 session, VIP Day, or consultation and fail to attend without prior notice, your appointment will be considered forfeited. No reschedules or refunds will be issued for no-calls or no-shows.

  • Payment in full is required at checkout for all digital products, offers, and services unless otherwise noted.

  • For premium ($2,000+) or custom packages, a separate payment agreement will apply, specifying installments, payment dates, and late fees and will be emailed to the student-client.

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Reschedules may be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at the company’s discretion.

Clients are expected to engage fully and provide all requested information to achieve desired outcomes.
