Your mentorship welcome information, including applicable coaching schedule, program calendar, and Zoom/session details, will be provided by email within 24 business hours after purchase.
Coaching sessions and mentorship services are delivered throughout the 60-day program according to the program schedule.

Participation and Coaching Sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session, the missed session is not refundable or transferable unless We Care Coaching & Consulting agrees otherwise in writing.
Your failure to attend, participate, complete assignments, respond to communications, or use available resources does not constitute a failure to provide the program.
Any rescheduling or additional coaching arrangements are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.

Your coaching seat is reserved specifically for you and program capacity and coaching time are allocated based on your enrollment.
Missed or unattended coaching sessions are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or commercially redistribute private program materials, templates, recordings, resources, or other proprietary materials provided through the mentorship without written permission.
Your private community access is intended for the enrolled participant and may not be transferred to another person.
All sales are final due to the immediate delivery of digital access and the reservation of coaching time and program capacity, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by We Care Coaching & Consulting in writing.
Access, Technical Issues, and Support
We Care Coaching & Consulting will make reasonable efforts to provide the digital access, coaching information, and program resources described on this page.
If you experience a problem accessing the community, resources, coaching information, or other program components, please contact us promptly.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate access or delivery issues.
Technical problems caused by your own device, internet connection, email provider, spam filters, or third-party platforms do not automatically constitute non-delivery of the program.
Communication and Program Changes
Coaching schedules, session dates, instructors, delivery methods, community platforms, or specific resources may occasionally need to change due to scheduling, technical, operational, or other legitimate circumstances.
If a scheduled program component must be changed, We Care Coaching & Consulting may provide a reasonable alternative, rescheduled session, replacement resource, or comparable method of delivery.
Any such adjustment will not reduce the overall 60-day mentorship commitment or materially change the nature of the program.
