Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to anything you buy from The Simplified Co., a business of The Oco Fam LLC ("I," "me"). By checking out, you agree to them. Questions? Email me at me@ericaoconnor.com.
1. What you're buying: Everything I sell is digital: web pages you open in your browser, Google Docs, PDFs, spreadsheets, calendars, and emails. Each product page lists exactly what's included. You get access right after checkout, through the link in your confirmation email.
2. Seasonal toolkits (one-time purchases): Toolkits are a one-time payment with no subscription. Because you get the full toolkit the moment you buy, all toolkit sales are final, and I don't offer refunds. Any emails that come with a toolkit are sent on the schedule listed on its product page.
3. The Simplified Membership™ (subscriptions)
Monthly: You're charged the monthly price when you join and on the same date each month after that, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Stan account, and you won't be charged again. Because each month's planning page is delivered digitally, we can't refund a month that's already been charged.
Annual: You're charged the annual price when you join, and it renews automatically one year later unless you cancel before the renewal date. If it isn't right for you, email me within 30 days of your first annual purchase, and I'll refund you in full. Renewals aren't covered by the 30-day refund.
Price changes: If the membership price ever goes up, your current price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active.
4. Your license: When you buy, you get a personal license to use what you bought for yourself and your household. Please don't share, resell, copy, republish, or pass along the links, files, or content, in whole or in part. All of it stays the property of The Oco Fam LLC. I may end access for anyone who shares it.
5. Not professional advice. My products are planning tools and general information. They aren't medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. Dates, deadlines, and prices vary by location, school, and provider, so please double-check anything important with the source. You're responsible for the decisions you make using them.
6. Links and affiliate links: Some products link to other websites, and some of those are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. I'm not responsible for other sites or what they sell.
7. Availability: I host my products on third-party platforms (like Notion, Google, Stan, and my email provider). I do my best to keep everything working, but I can't promise the platforms will never go down, and I may update or improve products over time.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms. I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at checkout when you buy applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
