High Protein, Low Calorie Recipes and Meal Plans for Fat Loss & Muscle Gain

Reset Bundle

Reset Bundle

$97$370

The reset for the beginner who's tired of starting over every Monday.

Everything you need to reset your food, your workouts, and your macros — in a way that actually sticks.

You're not broken. You've just been resetting the wrong way.

Tired of extreme dieting. Tired of endless cardio. Tired of cutting carbs and dessert. Tired of skipping social plans. Tired of forcing yourself through routines you hate — just so you can "finally start Monday" again.

Most resets fail because they're built on punishment.

No one stays consistent with a life they can't enjoy.

This one isn't that.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for the person who's been trying and failing. Who keeps restarting every Monday. Who's done the extreme diet thing. Who's scrolled through enough TikTok workouts to last a lifetime. Who needs a plan they can actually live with — food, workouts, macros, all of it — in a way that doesn't require giving up their life.

If that's you, keep reading.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Four plans that work together so food, workouts, and macros stop feeling like three separate puzzles:

1. The Macro Book (originally $199) — the guide that teaches you how macros actually work, in plain English. How much to eat. When to cut, reverse, maintain, or build. How to break plateaus. How to eat out without derailing. Built from what I've used coaching 200+ men and women — not a cookie-cutter template.

2. The 4-Week Dumbbell Workout Blueprint (originally $67) — a beginner-friendly strength program that tells you exactly what to do. 4 strength workouts a week plus 1 cardio/abs day. Weekly progressions, picture guides, progress tracker included. Home or gym. No more scrolling TikTok for workouts — open the plan, follow it, see progress.

3. The 30-Day High-Protein Meal Plan (originally $47) — 30 days of done-for-you breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts built for fat loss — so there's no 6pm "what do I even make" question anymore. 75+ recipes, dessert every day, dining-out guide, gluten-free/dairy-free swap suggestions. Staying on track finally feels doable.

4. The High-Protein Dessert Cookbook (originally $57) — 100+ macro-friendly desserts. Cheesecakes, brownies, cookies, muffins, bars. Full macros and MyFitnessPal entries for every recipe. Because cravings don't go away by avoiding dessert. They go away when you finally learn how to satisfy them smartly.

Individually priced at $370.

In this bundle, $97.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

I made this because I got tired of starting over too.

Every Monday. Every New Year. Every "this time I'll stick with it" moment. I spent years throwing plan after plan at myself — extreme diets, too much cardio, every restriction I could invent — and I kept ending up in the same place. Frustrated. Bingeing. Starting over.

Turns out I didn't need another diet. I needed to learn how to eat and train in a way I could actually live with.

That's what this bundle is. Food, workouts, and macros — all taught in a way that doesn't fall apart the first time real life happens. Not another "challenge" that stops the second you're done. A foundation that actually holds up.

RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

FAQ

Q: Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

One-time purchase. Yours to keep forever. No ongoing fee.

Q: Are these digital or physical?

All 4 products are digital PDFs. Download them, print them, pull them up on your phone — however you work best.

Q: How do I access the files after I buy?

Instant download links delivered by email after checkout.

Q: What if I can't find my email?

Check spam and junk folders first — sometimes emails from "Stan Store" land there. If you still can't find them, email support@strongherfitnessteam.com and we'll send fresh links.

Q: Do I need a gym for the workout program?

The 4-Week Dumbbell Blueprint is designed for home OR gym. All you need is a set of dumbbells.

Q: Who is the meal plan built for?

It's a structured high-protein plan built for fat loss — 1500-1700 calories, 130-140g protein. Want it more flexible, or for building or maintaining instead? The Macro Book inside shows you exactly how to adjust it to you.

Q: Is this a good fit for beginners?

Yes — specifically. The workouts are beginner-friendly, not advanced lifting. The Macro Book is written for beginners. The meal plan tells you exactly what to eat. If you're starting from scratch, this is built for you.

Q: Can I buy just one of these plans separately?

You can — the Meal Plan ($47) and the Macro Book ($199) are sold on their own. The bundle's the best deal so you have all the pieces together.

Any other questions? Email support@strongherfitnessteam.com.

The subscription provides weekly recipe drops (currently described as 10 recipes each week, typically posted Fridays at 6:00am Pacific Time. Time and content subject to change.). Any additional Products, services, or features not explicitly listed on the sales page are not included.

Founding Member 2025 Legacy Access. Certain founding members who enrolled in 2025 may have been provided a separate “2025 recipe vault” Google Drive link as part of their original enrollment. This legacy access applies only to those specific members and only to the materials included in that 2025 vault as provided.
