Halal Love Club is an interactive digital card game designed to facilitate meaningful conversation around courtship, sisterhood, marriage, and connection within Muslim communities. It is intended for entertainment, reflection, and community engagement.
The game is not:
A matchmaking or dating service
A therapeutic or counseling tool
A religious authority, fatwa source, or Islamic legal resource
A relationship coaching program
A substitute for professional or spiritual guidance of any kind
The Mingle Pot LLC makes no claims that use of this game will result in any particular relationship outcome, personal growth, spiritual development, or life change.

No Religious Authority or Guidance
Halal Love Club is a creative product inspired by Islamic values of intention (niyyah), light (noor), blessing (barakah), and community — not a religious publication, scholarly text, or Islamic legal instrument.
Important: Nothing in this game constitutes religious advice, fatwa, or guidance on what is or is not permissible (halal or haram) under Islamic law. The game reflects the creative and cultural perspective of its creator only.
Players are encouraged to consult qualified Islamic scholars, imams, and trusted community leaders for guidance on matters of religion, marriage, and faith. The Mingle Pot LLC does not claim religious authority and explicitly disclaims any responsibility for how game content is interpreted in a religious context.
The use of the word "Halal" in our brand name reflects a values-based orientation — not a certification, endorsement, or ruling from any Islamic body or religious institution.

Content Use & Misuse
The prompts, questions, and content within Halal Love Club are designed to be used within the context of the game — in trusted, consensual group settings among willing adult participants.
You agree NOT to use this content in ways including but not limited to:
Sharing card prompts out of context on social media to mock, embarrass, or misrepresent the game or Muslim communities
Using prompts to pressure, manipulate, coerce, or harass other people
Reproducing or repackaging game content commercially without written permission from The Mingle Pot LLC
Using the game in settings involving minors
Presenting the game's content as religious scholarship or Islamic legal opinion
The Mingle Pot LLC reserves the right to take action against any individual or entity found to be misusing, misrepresenting, or infringing upon the content of this product.

Intellectual Property
All content within Halal Love Club — including but not limited to card prompts, deck names, game structure, branding, design, copy, and visual assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Mingle Pot LLC.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of this product without prior written consent from The Mingle Pot LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any Halal Love Club content may result in legal action under applicable copyright law.

Purchases & Refund Policy
Halal Love Club is sold as a digital product. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us at the email listed below and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback after accessing the product may result in permanent suspension of your access and may be disputed by The Mingle Pot LLC through the relevant payment platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mingle Pot LLC, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
Any emotional, relational, or personal harm arising from participation in the game
Disputes between players that arise from game prompts or conversations
Any misinterpretation of game content as religious, therapeutic, or professional advice
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Content shared by third parties using or referencing this product
Your use of Halal Love Club is entirely at your own discretion. The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Halal Love Club does not collect personal data from players during gameplay. If you make a purchase through a third-party platform (such as Stan Store or similar), that platform's privacy policy governs the collection and use of your payment and contact information.
