TERMS OF USE
By accessing this website or purchasing any services from Harley Jordan (“Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site.
1. Ownership and Permitted Use All content available through this Site—including but not limited to videos, training materials, downloadable files, graphics, and written materials—is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use of the content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Session Scheduling, Attendance, and Forfeiture If your purchase includes live coaching sessions or calls, Client is solely responsible for attending all scheduled sessions. Sessions may be scheduled by mutual agreement verbally, in writing, or through the Company’s designated booking platform. Confirmation of a session via calendar invitation or email shall constitute valid notice of the scheduled session.
All scheduled sessions are non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to harley@theharleyjordan.com no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session time. Requests made via social media direct messages (DMs) are not considered valid notice.
Failure to attend a scheduled session or cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of that session without refund, credit, or reschedule.
3. Program Completion Timeline and Session Expiration Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching programs are designed to be completed within the timeframe stated on the applicable sales page or program description. Client is responsible for timely participation and completion of all sessions.
All coaching sessions included in or purchased as part of a program must be scheduled and used within six (6) months of the original date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will automatically expire and be forfeited, with no refunds, credits, or extensions.
Failure to complete sessions within six (6) months of the original date of purchase does not constitute non-delivery of services.
4. Communication Policy All official communication regarding services, scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and support must be conducted via email. The Company does not monitor or guarantee responses to direct messages (DMs) sent through social media platforms, and such messages shall not be considered valid or binding communication.
Client is responsible for ensuring timely email communication and for reviewing all scheduling confirmations and calendar notifications sent by the Company.
5. Refund and Outcome Disclaimer Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once services have been made available, regardless of whether Client chooses to participate, completes the program, or attends scheduled sessions.
Refunds will not be issued due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to medical conditions, health concerns, scheduling difficulties, or changes in Client availability. Coaching services are not medical, therapeutic, or healthcare services and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.
Client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed and that participation, follow-through, and attendance are solely the Client’s responsibility. The Company shall not be held liable for any perceived or actual failure to achieve desired results.
6. Data Protection and Third-Party Services The Company employs reasonable security measures to protect user information; however, no system can be completely secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge this risk.
The Company is not responsible for any disruptions, losses, or issues caused by third-party service providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Zoom, or website hosts. Any issues arising from such providers must be addressed directly with them.
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harley Jordan and her affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or services, or any violation of these Terms of Use.
8. Modification of Terms The Company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
