A community for ministry leaders who still care about their faith but are tired of repeating unhealthy church culture and want community as they navigate change.

You’ve served in ministry. You care deeply about following Jesus. But you’re rethinking some of the ways you’ve experienced and practiced ministry.

This community is for current and former pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders who:

Room to embrace our humanity, limitations, questions, and emotions without the pressure to appear spiritually superior or have everything figured out.

👉 Want room to ask questions, explore ideas, and consider what comes next.
People who are reexamining things they’ve believed, experienced, or been taught, and want thoughtful conversations and different perspectives as they navigate change.

👉 Want to grow alongside others and put what they’re learning into practice.
People who want to develop healthier ways of living, relating, and leading, and contribute to meaningful change in their relationships, churches, and communities.

Many of you are planning to stay in ministry. Some of you are questioning your future. Some are in the middle of a transition.

The In-Between is a place to go deeper than Instagram content, DM conversations, and email threads, together.

I’m still working at a church. Is this for me?
Yes. This community is for current and former pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders, whether you’re planning to stay, questioning, in transition, or already gone.

I’ve already left ministry. Is this for me?
Yes. If you still care about your faith and want to process what you’ve experienced alongside others, there’s room for you here.

How much will it cost?
I have not narrowed this down quite yet but something under $30/mo. I want to keep it accessible.

Where does the community live?
On a private platform where we meet live over zoom to talk, have discussion boards, and access the trainings.

Is this counseling or therapy?
No. It’s a community for conversation, learning, and growth. If you need professional care, I’d encourage you to find a counselor alongside it.
