Soul Chats

I’m so looking forward to our time together. Each Soul Chat is a sacred space for you to reconnect with your essence, your body, and your heart’s wisdom.

Please ensure you’re in a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe and won’t be disturbed during our time together. You may wish to have a journal, a cup of tea, or any grounding tools you love nearby.

Once your booking and payment are complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your session details.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in the session being forfeited, as your spot is held especially for you.

Thank you for honouring both our time and the energy of this work, it allows the container to stay clear, intentional, and deeply supportive.
