Soul Chat(s) are 75 minute session(s) designed to hold you through the season of life you are currently in, whether that is a change you may be dreaming of making, walking towards, or walking through.
This space is held with deep respect and care. A space where you can bring your whole self, free from judgement, and explore your truth with courage and compassion. Growth often asks us to traverse The In Between, a space beyond comfort and the known. I will walk along side you as we explore your path forward in a supportive and safe space.
Together we will explore the length of support and guidance that feels best for your individual needs. This looks different for everyone and may be a one-off Soul Chat or a series of Soul Chats. Ultimately, my strong belief is that everything you need is inside of you, and from this grounded place you will find the cadence that feels most aligned for you.
